+ -1 moreSent a husband/wife team to work. Initial inspection netted that all was being done properly. On final day the man demanded full payment or he would not finish the job. This was insurance job to be paid by insurance company. After calling Premier the couple completed the job. Inspection afterwards made it clear final section of project was not done right. Premier returned and that portion was re-done. About 2 years later the gutter downspouts began to fall off. Gutter contractor said that the downspouts had been ripped off when the siding was put on had been replaced with screws they did not use. Damages, about $2500. Premier sent a representative with the understanding and patience of KING KONG. He declared that they had no record of the job, I waited too long to report the problem and they did not use the screws used to re-attach the downspouts. After listening to his tirade and being called ''buddy'' I attempted to explain and he stormed off yelling ''tell the BBB.
Description of Work: Replaced siding on entire house damaged by hail storm.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, THEY DID THE JOB RIGHT, THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE, AND THEY WERE A REALLY GOOD CREW TO WORK WITH. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND WERE EVEN CONCERNED WITH MAKING SURE THAT MY DOG WAS TAKEN CARE OF AND WASN'T GOING TO WANDER AWAY. THEY WERE POLITE AND SO NICE. IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! I HAD A MINOR PROBLEM WITH ONE WINDOW AND THEY CAME RIGHT BACK OUT TO TAKE CARE OF IT. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND WERE JUST GREAT TO WORK WITH!
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED WINDOWS IN THE WHOLE HOUSE (14). ONE WAS A GARDEN WINDOW AND ONE WAS A BAY WINDOW, SO THE WORK WAS QUITE EXTENSIVE.

Description of Work: THIS COMPANY CALLS ME CONSTANTLY BUT NEVER LEAVES MESSAGES. I SEE THEM ON THE CALLER ID ALMOST DAILY. TODAY, I PICKED UP LET THEM KNOW THAT I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN THEIR SERVICES. THE SALESMAN STILL WANTED TO ''SET AN APPOINTMENT'' TO SEE ME ABOUT ROOFING AND GUTTERS THAT I TOLD HIM I DON''T NEED. WE WERE IN THE MARKET FOR THESE OVER A YEAR AGO. HE PERSISTED IN TRYING TO SELL ME EVEN AFTER BEING TOLD THAT I WAS NOT INTERESTED. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND WAS NOT GIVEN ONE. NOW, I WILL NEVER USE THEM FOR ANY FUTURE PRODUCT.
