+ 1 moreOverall I could not be happier with the quality of work and the cost from Pine Ridge. The work was always done in a timely manner and Mike was very responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Pine Ridge to anyone considering any construction or remodeling - inside or out.
Description of Work: We had purchased a foreclosed home to rehab so there was a lot of work to be done. Pine Ridge is a one man company and Mike does all the estimating and work himself. We started with an initial bid on roof repair & gutter replacement and Mike's bid was very competitive and his work excellent. He contracted out the gutter replacement (and they did a great job) but he did all the window replacements, shake repair, and wrapping of the outside trim (brickmold) and well as the soffits and fascia. It looks beautiful! He had great advice and ideas every step of the way. After the outside was done we hired him to install new cabinets in the kitchen and bath as well as general carpentry on other projects at the site. Mike is very efficient and competent. I felt that his bids were reasonable and his work excellent. When working by the hour for labor and material the cost ended up to be well within my expectations. I felt totally confident that I was getting a square deal from Mike.

Description of Work: He rebuilt my deck. New flooring and new rails and such.
