The inspection was informative, and he was great to work with in regard to scheduling.

Was late for the appointment but called to advise so not a problem for me.

I was pleased with Rocky's inspection. He was punctual, thorough, and answered my many questions. Since this was our first home, my husband and I had lots of questions about various features of the house. Rocky demonstrated how various components of the home operated, including the furnace and water heater. The notebook he left with us summarizing his findings has been very helpful since moving into our new home. I was able to use Rocky's notes to prioritize a list of repairs that we needed to make to the home upon moving in. I would use him again for future home inspections.

Very knowledgeable, instilled in us great confidence in our home purchase.

Overall the representative (Rocky was not there) was very professional. He not only conducted the inspection, but explained all of the systems of the new home including how to clean, operate and shut-off major components like the furnace or sprinkler system. I felt they were thorough and fair in there assessment. I would use them again.

THIS WAS MY 1ST HOME INSPECTION. THEY HAD TWO GUYS COME TO THE HOUSE TO COMPLETE THE INSPECTION QUICKER. DID A GOOD JOB OVERALL.

ROCKY WAS ON TIME, THOROUGH, AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. NOT ONLY DID THEY DO THE INSPECTION AND SHOW YOU ANY ISSUES. THEY ALSO GIVE YOU A BINDER AT THE END OF THE INSPECTION DOCUMENTING ANY OUTSTANDING ISSUES. WE LEARNED A LOT THROUGH THE PROCESS.

ALTHOUGH THEY SEEMED TO DO A GOOD JOB AT THE TIME, THERE HAVE BEEN MANY MORE MAJOR EXPENSES INCURRED IN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS OF HOME OWNERSHIP THAN WE EXPECTED.
