PFIFFNER HEATING & AIR COND

It was a busy time of year and we had a lot of trouble finding qualified people to give us bids and get our heating system up and running again in the cold weather. Pfiffner was able to get someone to our house promptly and make the necessary work and tests done to certify our system as safe through the winter. The major chimney/liner repair will be done this spring once the heating season is over. Penny was absolutely wonderful, persistently making the arrangements to get help for us.

Everything was great except, the customers are responsible for paying manual labor charges to pick up the replacement part. This company expects customers to pay for their employees to travel to pick up the part from their dealer at a rate of $130/hr. I was told this is how the industry works.

I can't say enough about the quality of my experience working with Pfiffner. From scheduling with Peggy (who is timely and responsive) to dealing with the actual job with George (who is professional and reliable), I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience...except for the fact that I had to buy a new boiler for my rental property! They handled our tenants overabundance of concerns with discretion and patience and they went above-and-beyond to complete the job quickly and at a price point that was tolerable to us as and quot;unintentionaland quot; landlords (i.e. they helped us find the lowest cost unit possible). I'd recommend them wholeheartedly and I'd endorse their customer service and work quality as excellent. These days, I vote with my dollars -- and this is a company I'd support again and again.
