PAUL'S CLEANING SERVICE

We have used Paul's on two occasions and he did a great job both times. They were small emergency carpet cleaning jobs and Paul was able to fit us in right away. The cleaning was very thorough and we could not have been happier with the price. We would recommend Paul's to anyone looking for a prompt, professional job.

I was in a tough situation created by an unnamed Angie's List "A" rated cleaning service when they no-showed on an appointment and failed to call to tell me they had an equipment failure. I had new furniture arriving the next day (a Friday) and had cleared all carpeted areas for cleaning so I would not have to move the heavy furniture later. I called Paul at noon and he said he had no cleanings scheduled for that afternoon and he said he would be able to come at 1:30 PM. He showed up at exactly 1:30 and got to work immediately. Not only was the work done entirely to my satisfaction, even though he knew what I had been quoted (I told him) by the no-show cleaning service, he told me he would do the work for less. In fact he charged me significantly less. I would have been happy to pay him more for such great service especially on the short notice he had. He paid attention to detail, getting into some cramped areas and moving a few things that were in the way. The carpet looks great. Needless to say, name and phone number are on my contact list and I will definitely use him for my next cleaning.

I have had Paul a number of times and everything usually works out fine; that is why I'll call him back again. However, he needs to have a cell phone with him to be in better communication with his customers when he can't show up on time.

It went very well and I was happy with the results.

Paul is a hard working guy who just cleans carpeting. He is the owner and operator, and does his best to get the stains out. I've used him for years and have referred friends to him.

They are fine. I will continue to use them.

They do a great job. I've used them for 20 years. One time my cat got out while they were cleaning and stepped in oil. When I came home the cat had tracked oil all over the carpet. I called them telling them my cat had just messed up everything they had just done that day, so they came out and re-cleaned the oil spots for no charge.

We were very happy with their work, and they were pleasant to deal with. He is a one man cleaning service, and he likes to do the service himself, so it will be done right.

The carpet looks very clean. I requested a carpet protector and deodorizer to be used, and I assume they were; but I was not able to be home during the cleaning process. The carpet was quite wet and took awhile to dry. I have used this carpet cleaning service since 2000 and have been well satisfied with the results.
