PATTI OAKES

I found Patti's name on the list of top real estate agents from the Minneapolis/St. Paul magazine. It was easy to see why she has been nominated three years in a row. She not only cares about the real estate transaction she truly cares about her clients. This was a corporate move and we had to move quick. I contacted Patti one week before we listed our house. She did so much more for us then was required. Offering to move furniture that was to be donated, running errands, watering plants, visiting the house daily, turning lights on/off before and after showings. It seemed like there was nothing she would not do for us to make our lives less stressful. Oh yes, she has relocated ten times with her family (two daughters are part of her real estate team also)so she has loads of good advice for moving. Patti also hired the very best photographers, stagers and marketing professionals to make our house shine. She hosted an agent open house the day our house went on the market. The house sold the next day. We would have been just as thrilled with her services if it would have taken longer. She is truly one of the best of the best.
