We had a wonderful experience with the Patrick Miller team. The flashing addition was a requirement on a quick home closing, and they were able to squeeze us in between jobs to meet a very tight deadline. Communication was always timely, professional, and thorough. I would definitely recommend them.

Patrick Miller was really great. I had constant 24/7 contact with their Sales Rep Alan, who guided me incredibly professionally through the process. All work was done professionally and on time. When I addressed issues with Alan, there was usually someone out there within the week if not sooner to fix any problems and even handle extra requests at no charge. Ended up working with them on a remodel as well (that review will come later). Patrick Miller is the real deal. Highly recommended.

Addie Harrison met with the adjustor, handled all the details and got everything back in order.

Excellent. She came and inspected the roof, on schedule. She said the roof has five to seven years of remaining life, and that it does not need attention at this time. She spotted a few areas where the caulk was going to soon fail. She added caulk to those areas as a preventive measure, and did not charge for the service. Excellent! When the time comes, I will be using their service. Very pleased!

Excellent team to work with! Ben Downey was our contact/project manager. He couldn't have been more professional, courteous, and thorough in working with us on the re-roofing project Ben was responsive to all questions, even staying late one evening after our initial meeting to anchor a temporary covering on the roof ahead of a rainstorm. He was patient in working with my elderly mother to explain all the details of what they would be doing. We worked with our insurance company to detail the damage and secure approval to go ahead with replacing the entire roof. His team was prompt in arriving and efficiently completing the job as planned. Any they did a very through job cleaning up afterwards to make sure there weren't any nails/screws left around the house. Even texting me photos of the progress! Its nice to know that there are still locally-owned, family-run businesses with kind, knowledgeable, caring, trust-worthy project managers like Ben that you can count on. I'd recommend them to any friends/family who are looking for a professional job, done right the first time, by a company that makes you feel like you're working with an old friend.

Ben was great. He was on time and very responsive. We had a million questions and concerns. He heard all our questions. Ultimately we determined to take a wait and see approach. Other vendors would likely have attempted to upsell us. Ben said that while he would live to sell us some expensive repairs, there wasnt any work to do as of yet.

Things went very well. I initially intended to purchase a big deal for a roof tune up. I called the company with a couple clarifying questions and was told that i could just schedule a visit rather than purchase the deal. Alan came out right on time. He talked to me a lot about our roof, answered all of my questions and provided advice, and never attempted to push me in a particular direction or sell me anything. he was able to caulk the majority of the places I was concerned about and then gave me the remainder of the tubing to use later if i chose. when I asked him, he also gave me an estimate on a ceiling repair we are planning to do sometime soon. Best of all, he did not charge me for the work he performed. I will certainly keep his card on hand and remember his company as we prepare to tackle bigger jobs in the future. Thanks!

We had a hail storm. I called Ron from Patrick millerconstruction. He took care of all the details. He met with the adjustor, handled all the paper work. Managed the job And all I had to do was write checks. The house looks great and they cleaned up well. I would strongly recommend

I have been really impressed with this company. They were able to identify the source of water that was repeatedly entering our basement despite our previous attempts to remedy the situation. They addressed this by pouring concrete into an adjacent flower bed that was serving as a source of water entry; then they graded the new concrete to encourage the water to run aware from the house. Additionally, the created an underwater drain and pipe system to lead water run-off from our roof to a distant point where it would not return to the house. The team also took down our old siding because we discovered that our house had not been wrapped or insulated when it was built in the 1990s. They found a lot of chronic water damage in the boards under the old siding. They documented all of this water damage very professionally and kept us up to date at all times. They were able to provide us with rapid and accurate estimates of the cost of these unanticipated repairs. Their customer service representative was able to explain the repairs and the recommended improvements in terms that I could understand. At the end, he walked us through the entire project and answered all of our questions patiently so that we truly understood what had been done to fix the problems and improve our property. Overall, I have been very impressed by both the workmanship and the professionalism that was demonstrated by the crew and their leaders. We would definitely hire them to do additional work on our house.

I had to replace my roof this Spring and after researching several companies I decided to hire Patrick Miller Construction, Inc. I decided to go with them after meeting the owner, Patrick, and his sales team, Addie and Ron. Throughout the job Addie and Ron were very friendly, patient, and dedicated to making sure the job was done right -- their customer service skills really shined. Justin was the project manager and really listened to my concerns, as well as Phil, the operations manager. Sigundo was the lead roofer and I found him to be very attentive in making sure I was happy with the quality and craftsmanship of their work. Everyone did an excellent job cleaning up. I also appreciate their emphasis on standing100% behind their work. Overall, I was happy with the roof and would recommend Patrick Miller Construction,Inc for this kind of work. A representative from Patrick Miller Construction scheduled time to come to our home, look at our window which needed replacing to provide a quote. She was incredibly knowledgeable and provided us an education on windows – what our options were, the differences in the glass types, the grids, etc. She also made a recommendation to us which, at the end of everything, made the most sense for what we needed/wanted. She gave us a quote and we put 10% down. Very easy transaction. She told us someone would come over to take additional measurements to ensure the right windows were ordered from the manufacturer. This happened very quickly; however, after the he took measurements, he noted how complex the window was. He scheduled time for the manufacturer of the window to come out as well. Talk about great service! The windows were ordered and installed beautifully. The gentleman who did the actual installation was super too. And the man who painted the trim did a flawless job, in my opinion. Patrick Miller Construction also scheduled the appointment for the city to come inspect the windows and they installed carbon monoxide detectors on our upper floors as well as smoke alarms where they were needed. It’s clear the men and women who work for Patrick Miller Construction are professionals who keep up with the current code, know their trade and products and are willing to share their knowledge. They not only make sure their customers get outstanding service, but the WANT their customers happy with results. I cannot express how wonderful each and every person involved in the process was/is. Everyone was honest, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and polite. And our new windows couldn't be better: they keep the cold out, the heat in and external noises outside. We are so pleased - and they look stunning! My husband and I will definitely use Patrick Miller Construction for our next home improvements (which includes remodeling our kitchen and dining area sometime in the future...after our daycare/preschool costs are over! I did buy this Coupon from Angie list for the piece of mind I did think it would be my best route to hire some reputable contractors to my surprise this contractor did not care about providing good customer service first no one contact me I did call and was told to wait for a call I did receive a call to schedule the inspection I waited like 10 days had to take a day off from work waited at home 10 minutes to appointment on 11/21/15 someone called to canceled the appointment because they were stuck in traffic !!!! right asked when can they come back I did ask to come anyway I need this done ASAP the guy over the phone said ok we will call you on Monday to confirm on 11/23/15 no one called I did call them they guy said they are busy and don't know when they can I was very flexible but they would not even give me any time when the can come in He said they will call me back have not received a call and I don't want them to call me any more please stay away from this contractor

I paid 70 dollars extra. I was disappointed I had to pay extra.

They were very friendly and nice. They spent a really long time talking about everything they could do. I really liked them and felt good after they left. Although, I found it odd that they said they couldn't just send us an estimate, they wanted to schedule a meeting to talk through it. That made me feel like they may try high pressure sales. All we wanted was some garage remodel work done and facia/sofits. It didn't seem like something that required a conversation. Well, we didn't have to worry about it because we never heard back from them at all. After looking at Angie's List after they left and seeing some of the negative reviews, I decided I wouldn't want to go with them anyway so I didn't bother trying to contact them.

There were some miscommunications in scheduling the inspection, but they were worked out and the inspector took time to come out on a Sunday. He inspected the roof and sealed some nail heads. I did not initially receive the photos and had to email the inspector in order to obtain them. All in all the service was good, but a little bit more responsiveness would have been nice.

We approached the project with some trepidation, but quickly found that Patrick Miller Construction was going to be easy to work with. They kept us up to date on the extensive repair project, and didn't need any prodding from us to keep the project moving. The work done was first rate (and we're a bit fussy). All work was done as expected for the price that was quoted. The pricing was attractive enough that we included some non-insurance work we were originally planning to do ourselves. They cleaned up well and minimized impact on the yard.

Very well. The young man showed up on time and wrote up a detail work order. He was very polite and knew what he was doing.

Went very well. I received calls if workers were not going to be there on any specific day. Had several delays due to weather but work was done professionally and quickly. They did so well we have had them come out on two other occasions to fix damage from a hail storm and another portion of our roof that is leaking. I would and have recommended Patrick Miller Construction to other people.

I was first contacted immediately after signing up for the deal. Then no contact for three weeks. I contacted the company. Management apologized stating that the number of responses to the deal was overwhelming. I was promised a follow up. The follow up was prompt. The work was priced and agreed to. Work completion was scheduled for one week later. On the due day I received a call that workers were on the way, but no one showed up; then no response for weeks after that. I called the salesman who arranged the work. He was surprised that the work had not been completed. Said that I would be placed on a priority list. Work was completed to my satisfaction two days later.

We started with the options. The sale manager, Douglass, explained to us a few options, wood, composite, or wood and composite combination. He did not push rather patiently answered our questions. He let us take time to finalize the order. The actual building process went very smoothly. The crew came, took down the old deck and hauled away the old materials. They followed the city permit instruction to build the deck. I was very surprised to see that the permit application itself has a lot details, even with diagrams. The finished deck looks beautiful, and fits the house very well. It gave me another surprise. The deck even has an extra small handrail on the stairs. That's very handy. I asked Douglas a few more questions when the project is completed. Again he took time to listen and explains patiently. I am satisfied.

Overall the process and execution went very well. Douglas communicated in a timely fashion and the work was completed as he said it would be when it would be. Douglas identified 14 problem areas on the flat roof of my apartment building I own and performed necessary repairs providing a 5 year warranty.

No service performed; we decided not to do the roof.
