I submitted an open bid through several sources to reface a two level deck. Patrick Miller Construction Inc. was one of the companies that responded first. I had sent some detailed information through email. Patrick responded almost immediately that he wanted to come out and review the proposed project and we set up an appointment for the next day. Patrick did a through examination of the current decks and provided me an estimate for the deck remodel that same day. After some clarifications, he came out again and did a through review of the revised estimate. I thought his recommendation for products to use was throughly thought out based on his experience with his vendors. I signed the contract that day. I was informed by the project manager, Ben, that the materials were on order and it would take about 2 weeks for them to be delivered. Sure enough they started the work, on the date promised. The lead carpenter throughly understood the project and directed the workers through the demolition and rebuild. The crew worked through some blazing heat and humidity to progress on the project. The lead carpenter’s attention to detail was amazing. Repairing the underlying structure to the installation of the new material was done with ultimate craftsmanship. The end result was beyond my expectations. So from initial contact through project completion was less than a month. All my contacts with the workers were positive and helpful. I will definitely use Patrick Miller Construction for all my future home repair and remodel needs.

We hired Patrick MIller for two projects. First we needed a flat roof replacement. Second we needed our soffit, facia and windows wrapped. The roof install went well - it was done quickly and looks great. The soffit, facia and windows took a little more time than anticipated but communication from Dave and team was very helpful. Overall we are satisfied with the outcome of the projects!

Patrick Miller Constrution INC is a good company that I would recommend for anyone that has a need for home repair. I knew that I could trust Dave and the company from the very beginning. He didn’t let me down.

I hired this company to put an addition (sunroom and basement) on the house that I was/am currently living in. I had exact ideas of what I wanted and Patrick Miller Construction did a good job at level setting my expectations and communicating any problems. I communicated via email frequently and 98% of the time someone replied back in a timely manner, sometimes even late in the evening. I did have one issue but it was remedied very quickly, and without question. All the work is done now and I can say, the image I’m my mind was successfully recreated.

Patrick Miller Construction was absolutely great to work with from start to finish of this project. Dave was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made picking out colors and making the decision to go ahead with this project a breeze. The turn around and time it took to complete was amazing fast. The team was very courteous, skilled, and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better result. Definitely, wil be referring people and using Patrick Miller for future jobs.

Overall, this was a great company to work with. The team was very professional and responsive to phone calls and emails. They were in no way pushy and very patient with me as I took 9 months to make up my mind. I explored a few other options including steel siding and Hardie board. Accounting for difference in material cost, Patrick Miller was on par with other estimates and I ultimately chose them as they were able to come up with a plan to meet my budget as well as create the look I wanted for my house. They came up with solutions to meet some very particular requests that I had. They were patient and accommodating as I debated on front door style and color. I ultimately chose a special order color and the team made special trips to make sure the color matched what I wanted and that the paint was high quality. The siding crew worked quickly and efficiently in April despite an unusually cold and snowy month. I happened to be out of town part of the week they were working and they sent pictures via text message with updates. My neighbors commented on how impressed they were how quickly the project was completed. There were a couple issues after completion including doorbell dysfunction and some nails left behind, however, the team was responsive and took care of everything. It was very clear that they were willing to go out of their way to make sure I was happy with the finished project.

I thought the project went great. Patrick Miller came in and did what they said they would do at the price they said they'd do it at. I have zero complaints.

This is a big project that can be very nerve wracking, so we feel very fortunate that we chose this company. From the beginning it was very easy to work with Dave. He was very responsive to questions and helped make each step much easier. And it was a great surprise when it only took one day to complete! The house looks so much better, and we enjoy it everyday.

Went very well. It was hard to find someone to do this little job but Patrick Miller's construction company came through. I really appreciated their professionalism and job well done.

My experience was excellent, I met with Ron prior to the work and he walked me through the whole process. All of the work was done well, they did a super job of cleaning up afterwards.

No complaints. The estimator (Dave) was able to come out within a day or so of my initial call. He got me an estimate in the timeframe he told me that he would. (A couple other contractors I had to call to check on the status of the estimate as I'd not received them yet in the timeframe promised.) Once work began, the work crew was fast, efficient, did quality work, and did a nice job of cleaning up. Would definitely recommend.

We're just getting started with the project, but I have been impressed with the promptness, responsiveness, resourcefulness and transparency of Patrick and Billy. We stumbled a bit on the initial scope and price, but they pivoted quickly and had a revised bid to me within a day. Their friendly and approachable personalities are really winning me over. And I really appreciate how often Billy and the team are updating me on progress. Over-communicating is great and builds confidence! I will update my review as the project goes forward...

The job was done very soon after I signed the contract in late April. The workers were very good and they cleaned up beautifully. HOWEVER, communication with the sales person and the company to come and finish some some little details that I had PAID for and they knew had not been done (removal of an old heating cable on the side they hadn't roofed or replacing the splash guard on the side they did re-roof) was never done. They wanted payment before these things were done and I foolishly paid them. I spoke to the foreman at the time of the actual work and he was aware of the oversights and I later left messages for the sales person, but no one has ever responded. UPDATE: The project manager was switching to work with another construction crew within the company and things kind of got lost in the shuffle. When finding out they overlooked me they came back and finished the two things that were not completed. One was simply removing an old heating cable and the second was putting up a water diverter. They came out within a week after seeing my review and fixed the issue.

I contacted three roofers for quotes. In the end, I hired Patrick Miller Const. The salesman, Dave was responsive, and gave me an excellent price. The two man crew started when promised. Their work was first rate, they finished in one day, and they did a thorough clean up.

Crew was on time and very good workers.

We have used Patrick Miller for three jobs in the past - two major and one minor. We were very satisfied with the work and our interactions. So, when we needed some additional work last month, we called Patrick Miller Construction. We left two voice mails and then a message with his wife, who answered the company phone. We never received a return call.

It was a free estimate. It was just an estimate and I was looking at other estimates and I just didn’t pick them. I guess the cost was a little high.

Ben Downey from Patrick Miller construction came out. He was very informative. He suggested I could use the dirt dug up as additional insulation around our foundation in other areas. He was very thorough. The work was scheduled. The fellows came out. Everything was done per our agreement. I was particularly happy that the workers cleaned the area very thoroughly after the work was complete. I am a very satisfied customer.

What a great company - they took care of every concern along the way and all the employees were kind and easy to approach about problems along the way. After seeing more than 7 companies and getting bids from each, Patrick Miller beat them not just on price but on the level of detail and thought in the bid. Addie did a great job pricing out multiple jobs in my house and thinking critically about what exactly was going on with my roof and water damage in the house (condensation/leaking etc). While the actual roofing job was subcontracted to Contreras roofing, PM construction took care of all the interior work and provided oversight, finishing all the details and being a responsive and easy to work with point person. Had I gone with SELA I'd have payed nearly 4k MORE for the same work - the biggest company isn't always the best.

It hasn't yet ..... and we haven't heard anything back on our estimate. So we can't judge if we would use them again or not.

The concrete crew came in one day to break up the old sidewalk and set up framing for the new sidewalk. The following day the cement truck came and the crew hustled to get the sidewalk poured and that same evening the frame work came down and left a beautiful sidewalk exposed.

Everyone was excellent to deal with and very professional including the salesman, crew chief and crew. All materials were top of the line and installation was flawless. The job was done on time and everything was cleaned up and hauled away.

Ben discovered that the roof itself does not appear to be the issue at this time, but instead a rusted rain cap on a chimney. Ben inspected the entire roof, and did caulk up a few possible problem areas. He refused to charge me for this, but instead asked me to have him quote a new roof when I'm ready. Ben was prompt, courteous, and professional, and I'd be happy to call him and Patrick Miller Construction again.

The quote was detailed and well explained. The team on the roof was hard-working, professional and very through in their clean-up over the three days of roofing. When we had a question about the shingles, they put us in touch with the manufacturer's rep. We were out of town the first two days of roofing and appreciated that Ron kept us updated with calls and photos. They were the highest of three bids but we felt they would get the job done professionally, with good workmanship and in a timely manner...... and we were not disappointed. We were happy with the results and have asked them to bid on some additional home improvement projects.
