Description of Work: Old concrete back stairs needed to be replaced. They offered several options and we choose to go with composite decking and stair. They removed the old concrete, repaired rotted plate and joist and removed a window and installed blocks to close it up. Very professional, pleasure to work with, and did an excellent job. very happy.

Description of Work: We wanted to take advantage of the $199.00 offer and bought into having more done but when the guy came out to pressure wash and repaint the deck he did a marginal job and then I complained and never really got a reply and voila a couple of weeks later it was touched up and the balance of the work was never completed. It was a strange experience, it's like my job was too small and they got really busy elsewhere.

Description of Work: Power washed and stained deck. Took a little than expected to get them out there. Generally, did a decent job, though missed a couple of small spots. Workers showed up on time and were courteous and hard working.

Description of Work: Was hoping for inspection to point out areas that needed attention. Instead got quote for replacing entire roof.

Description of Work: We bought an Angie's List Deal for a room inspection, minor filling and a credit toward any additional repairs. The company was not responsive through Angie's List but responded fairly well via phone. They were out within a week and did the inspection along with some minor filling of nail studs. I was supposed to get a report emailed to me to tell us if there was evidence of water intrusion. I've called 3 times for the report, was told it would be emailed each time and still don't have it. I've given up on trying to pull this report from this company that I can only assume did something to my roof without written proof of it.

Description of Work: I was very impressed with the whole process from Patrick Miller Construction of putting a new roof on my house and garage. They also did new roofs on a few other houses in the neighborhood so I was able to watch their crew work, which is why I decided to go with them. I was amazed on how quickly they were done with the whole process and how well they do on cleanup. I would recommend Patrick Miller Construction to everyone.
