We would highly recommend Patrick Miller Construction, they replaced our outdated roof, they did an awesome job, very respectful crew, cleaned up everything, we didn't have to do anything. Highly professional and knowledgeable of their work. We can't say enough how pleased we are. Thank you Wade for your instant replies and keeping us updated of when the work would be done and your crew would be coming out. The planning was amazing around everyone schedule.

Description of Work: I bought a $124 coupon from Patrick Miller Construction for a roof estimate and $150 in repairs for my friend. I got a call from the owner that he did a drive by, but couldn't do the house because it was two story and the pitch was too steep, and to do it would cost $300+ what I already paid. He also said it was Angie's List's fault because he'd asked you to change the coupon or something. I don't know, but I need a refund and am annoyed since this is the exact verbiage from the coupon: "The Fine Print... No limit to the size of the home."

I'm sorry but there are restrictions to the Big Deal you purchased. 2 Story and Steep Pitched roofs do not qualify for the Big Deal. I tried to explain that and a refund has been issued. Thank you for the feed back.

I see that the rating went up on July 9th. We were closed for business July 4-5-6&7th. We contacted all customers that left a voice mail message. If you say your telephone number really fast in a voice mail message, we cant understand the message, and we can't call back. Not sure if your message was one of those or not. I apologize that your first experience with our company was a no call back. Please try us again on another project.

Description of Work: I arranged to meet Patrick at my home for an estimate on a deck and screen porch for my home and some siding repairs. He arrived promptly for the appointment, walked over the job in detail with me making observations and recomendations that were good - and indicated that I would have a written bid by email within a week. I never heard from him again. I called after 10 days to see if he would be providing a quote for the job and left a voice mail for him. He never called back. Very unprofessional. If he didn't want to bid the job I would have preferred he just told me that. I wanted 3 bids. Ended up selecting from the other 2.
