We have had issues with pretty much everything in this house - here is a listing of many: Front door had to be replaced because of the house settling and the header put in wrong - approx $25,000 Siding falling off of the house. Water heaters (on demand heating system - we have 2) has gone out numerous time Plumbing issues such as the disposal not correctly hooked up, toilets leaking, faucets installed incorrectly. Electrical issue - overloaded circuit brakers - had to replace many of them. Kitchen cabinets paint peeling. Bedroom/bathroom woodwork peeling. Furnace problems - had to replace many parts after several years dealing with DJs heating. Geothermal system not set up correctly when we moved in - was using gas rather than the geothermal system THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE LIST I ASSURE YOU. I WILL TELL YOU THAT THIS COMPANY IS NOT STANDING BY THEIR WARRANTY.
Description of Work: Our home was built in 2009 and we have had issues since the first day we moved in. The builder has not fixed many of the issues because he does not know how. We reported him to the Better Business Bureau and he just states that he will not warranty this house any longer which has given us no other options but to seek legal advice/action.
