Very well. Everyone we interacted with from estimation of the job to the team that performed the work were professional. We are very pleased with the quality of the job and plan to have them back this year for additional work.

Excellent. I cannot say enough good things about this painting project. Punctual and responsive to my needs absolutely. The guys who worked in our home could not have been more considerate and helpful to me during this process. Every inch of my personal property was covered with protective coverings and the end result was perfect. My walls look better now than when the house was built. We should have had Jerry’s crew here years ago. His prices are not low but the outcome is much better than you could even anticipate. The tools they use are far better than my Home Depot ones and therefore the paint on the walls looks flawless and soft. Without a doubt, I recommend Painting by Jerry.

They did a great job! Jerry constantly kept us in the loop about when things would be happening (dates were a ways out due to COVID). Hugo and Pete were very professional. They did a great job of covering up the floors and walls, etc. Finished work was excellent, the repair of the bathroom walls, the painting and the radiator all looked good. The ceiling repair in the living room was spectacular - much better than I could have hoped. Clean up was excellent also. Price was on the higher end, but would do it again since everything looked better than expected!

Excellent experience. We found the Painting by Jerry Wind team to be very professional. The quality of the work performed was very good. The team was personable and easy to work with. All of our special requests were accommodated leading to an excellent finish. In addition, they cleaned up everyday leaving the area clean and neat. Will hire them again soon as have interior work that needs to be done!

Everyone was on time, did everything they said they would do, finished well before the deadline I'd asked for, and the work looks great. Also, both of the gentlemen who did the actual painting were exceptionally respectful of the property--they had to work around a bunch of plants and shrubbery and managed to do so without damaging any of them. There were a few spots that required a little extra effort to get right--loose/rotting trim, caulking/patching, etc.--and they just took care of it. They weren't the cheapest option, but getting work done right, on time, and in a professional manner is worth a few bucks every time.

Can't thank Jerry Wind's team enough for all the amazing work they did! We have always hated the color of the trim in our old Saint Paul home, because you could tell it was not originally like that and just didn't fit the old style of the house. We had DIY'ed some of it over the years and intended to finish it ourselves, but we have a baby on the way and finally raised the white flag. Jerry Wind was able to fit us in extremely fast since we needed it done before the baby gets here. They did an amazing job and were extremely courteous, professional, and covid-conscious. Everything looks beautiful now. I have been dreaming of dark woodwork ever since we bought this house, and it finally looks the way it's meant to look!

Jerry and his team painted the exterior of our 100+ year old home. The workmanship was outstanding, with remarkable attention to detail. Marlon, the Project Manager, communicated clearly, addressed all our concerns and kept the work flowing smoothly. His team was pleasant, focused and respected our property. The work site was thoroughly cleaned each evening and lead paint and Covid precautions were followed. They worked hard to refinished our wood garage door, and the results are beautiful. Jerry's bid was not the least expensive we received, but the finished results fully justified the cost.

The experience was 1st class from A to Z. These old Victorian homes were built back in the days of real wood and craftsmanship. And to care for them properly requires that same level of craftsmanship & materials. Jerry & his crew delivered that in spades. Although not the cheapest, as we have been there and done that, they finished and left yesterday leaving us with one of the best price value relationships we can recall experiencing.

It went extremely well, from the careful inspection of the exterior in order to provide the estimate (last fall) to the timely completion of the job in the spring - at the time we were told we might expect the work to be done. We had been led to expect high quality work and that is what we got. Very careful, very professional, with attention to detail. The work crew was most respectful and responsive. Not cheap but well worth the cost.

The guys arrived promptly each day. Suggested timetable was spot-on. Continuous updates were appreciated & assistance with choosing a paint color was very helpful. Minor glitches were resolved quickly. Wonderful daily & end-of-job cleanup! Thank you so much to Jerry for getting us started with our project, and to Adam, Pete, & Chris for a job well done!!

Hugo did an excellent job matching a unique texture to my ceiling. He was careful and determined to do the best job he could (stating he liked the challenge). He also repaired a second area of the ceiling which had been worked on years before, improving this area at no additional charge. Both Jerry and Hugo were great to work with. Will hire them again.

I checked reviews on BBB looking for businesses repairing plaster and found "Painting by Jerry Wind". Reviews were so great I didn't bother with bids. We met with Jerry to discuss work to be done and Adam came to do the repair. Both Jerry and Adam were very personable and a pleasure to work with. Adam commented how unusual the texturing was on our wall but he did a beautiful job matching it. Adam did all the necessary repair, applying primer and paint. We scheduled other painting at the same time and Adam repaired other cracks and painted in our 70 year old home. Floors, walls and furniture were well protected and I did not find paint splatter anywhere. Adam left everything so clean I did not have to do any additional cleaning. For future painting I only need one business card "Painting by Jerry Wind"!

I would hire Painting by Jerry Wind again in a heartbeat. Extremely reliable, prompt, wonderful staff that did exceptional work on a challenging job (vaulted ceilings with skylights and exposed beams, open concept living/dining room/foyer/staircase/hallway). Jerry listened to my requests and made suggestions to best treat water damage and ensure a quality result, a result more thorough and beautiful than I expected. I asked for some color recommendations, and after my own extensive sampling, I'm glad I listened to his insights. The painters were terrific to work with - on time and on schedule, considerate to me and my home, remarkable cleanup, and enjoyable to talk to. They updated me every day about progress and their findings, particularly one area of damage worse than previously thought. A very fair price for the extensive work and perfect end result.

Hired them again after they did extensive interior work a few years ago. They did a great job - very professional with attention to detail, easy to communicate with and very responsive to my needs.

The job was bid to include everything I needed done, the crew did excellent work and was respectful of my property, and I am very pleased with the final product. My house is old--built in 1906--and large, and I can't imagine a better company to do the exterior painting than Painting by Jerry Wind. Thanks to Jerry for doing a detailed bid and to Ron Wolfe and his crew for their work on my home.

It went very well from initial visit to final walk-through. We were pleased with the results again, as we have been with multiple previous work Jerry Wind has done for us in the past 30 years. Excellent 1) prep work to reduce dirt,dust, in non-work areas, 2) work crews dedicated and on time, 3) clean-up at job end 4) returning to fix small things found afterwards. We will call them again for our next indoor or outdoor job.

Working with Jerry, Pete, and Jacob has been a pleasure. They are professional, prompt, and perfectionists! I highly recommend Painting by Jerry Wind! (I plan an interior project for them to complete in a few months!) The completed exterior painting project makes my house look NEW!

It all went very well. Glitches ocurred and taken care of.

The crew was thoroughly professional, concientious and meticuloous and we enjoyed having them around and talking with them as they worked to spiff up our home which had not been painted in over 10 years. Every time a problem was encountered, for example an area of rotting wood, they shared their expertise and at least two and often three options were offered for ways to address it. In addition, other items arising also outside the original scope of work, for example sanding, priming and painting a light post, were readily negotiated and completed. They were organized , very helpful, and clean.

Jerry Wind was very prompt and professional with his estimate. His painter completed the work in two days, and was very professional and neat. He paid very good attention to prep work, including sanding the preexisting paint. The finished porch looks very good. The only issue I had was the cost of the service -- however, I think this is the going rate for top notch painting.

I was very impressed with the quality of the work and the job site-appropriate care was taken to protect all the furniture, floors, etc, the painter always left everything tidy at the end of the day and very clean at the end of the project. The project involved matching many details of an older home and I had more than one person tell me they thought we just needed to redo the entire area. Jerry did explain the difficulties of matching the textures, etc but was confident they could do a good job, and they exceeded my expectations-everything looked as good as new. The work was also completed within the predicted time frame, which was also greatly appreciated.

Hugo and Henry did a marvelous job! Our wood trim was stressed and stained from proximity to radiators, old water stains, and open windows. Hugo stripped everything down, sanded, re-stained, and applied multiple coats of varnish. The result was revived trim that looked polished and beautifully maintained. Hugo and Henry worked as if they were working on their own home: their careful attention to detail cannot be praised enough.
