I was very happy with both the outcome and the professionalism of the people I dealt with. I got a call back within a day of my initial call, had a project estimate done very thoroughly and with consultation, and then was kept informed about scheduling. The people who did the work at my house were great -- good at communicating, asking questions as they found challenges in my old house, and professional in their demeanor. They also got the work done quickly -- day after day so there was no "I wonder when they'll come back."

Courteous, on time, professional workers who made sure that we, the owners, were aware of the what and whys and when's of what they were doing on a daily basis and that we were satisfied with with the outcomes of each step...could not have been a smoother process......we got what we paid for in the time frame that was agreed upon!!!!

Sanded down and stained only to find factory error on stain. They resanded the deck and stained again. Took months because of weather and delays. This company stands by their word.

Jerry Wind Painting is absolutely professional and strives for perfection. In painting our basement, they found damp places that they would not paint until the source was found and the wall dry. They found a misinstalled gutter, a too-small vent cap on the hot water flue, and cracks in the front steps, among other things. They did a great job repainting our kitchen and bedroom and were consistently thoughtful. We were always comfortable with the painters in our home, whether or not we were here. The exterior is their real masterpiece. Painstaking preparation, again a keen eye for problems, perfect painting and a crew that was always pleasant to have around. We have now contracted with Jerry Wind Painting to paint the entire retirement apartment we are moving into. Are they expensive? Yes, but you get what you pay for. Jerry Wind has a stable workforce of highly skilled painters who work efficiently and effectively as a team. When they are done, everything is right. Once they came back and touched up something I hadn't even noticed. If you want a cheap paint job, go somewhere else. If you want quality and trustworthy workers, go with Jerry Wind.

the house is beautifully painted, it looks perfect! Also very very pleased about the one cabinet door veneer replacement. The color of the replaced veneer was an absolute total match to the others. Another perfect job! As for the deck, there is some uneven-ness in the color from using this resin product One-Time that absorbs into the wood and allows the wood to cure. I suppose time will tell as it cures. Since this product is good for 5-7 years, I am really glad it was recommended and have no regret choosing it. Overall, it was a big project and it was undertaken very well. Quality products were used. Everyone on the team was very friendly yet professional, organized, tidy and reliable. I appreciated all their attention to detail and would not hesitate to recommend them.

it went great and looks better than new! The crew was very friendly and accommodating . They were prompt every day and cleaned up before leaving each day. They could not have been nicer or more professional. Very pleased.

This company was especially responsive to our questions and concerns about color and type of paint used in the project. We did not want wallpaper showing above the baseboard in one of the rooms and our painter advised us wisely and removed the wallpaper in question, scrubbing the walls, sanding, and painting. I would definitely refer this company to anyone looking to have a project done in a timely manner and completed on schedule. Ron was our painter/adviser and was able to find old paint in our basement which he used to touch up walls and corners where there was chipping even though this was not a requirement of the project. He certainly went the extra mile for us and I would recommend this company to anyone who wanted someone who absolutely knows their craft. The project went perfectly.

Helpful initial visit with clear details on estimate/bid. Diligent but not obnoxious follow-up. Jerry willing to take calls in the evening to discuss. Once we chose this company, they set an estimated date to start. Half of bid due up front. Foreman and owner came to review details. They were helpful with final color choices. Crew here promptly every day, working well. Careful with our house, excellent prep with taping and draping. Finished work within the time frame estimated. Remainder of cost paid upon completion.

Excellent! Everything went perfect from start to finish. House and garage look great! Very satisfied that Pete discussed with me every day what would be done. Always on time and clean up was done well at the end of every day. Highly recommend them!

I could not be happier with the expertise and skill of the crew that worked on our job. It couldn't have gone better, and I'm sure that no other company could have done as good of a job than they did. I was very impressed that the owner (Jerry) came out to do the estimate and gave us a bid that same day. The work was scheduled promptly and the crew was punctual, diligent, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Every day the work area was left neat and clean. I really feel that we hired the best of the best and we couldn't be happier with the end result.

Job took three days. One color for the closet and a different one for the room itself. Room had pop corn ceiling which required a separate type of paint. Team did repair on the walls to prepare for the paint job. Always on time. Cleaned up work site and reinstalled massive dresser mirror and drapery valance and panels. Crew was very knowledgeable about their profession. I learned a lot about my job. Manager on job stopped by several times to see how things were progressing. I have used other painting firms, but never saw this level of commitment. The one hiccup was the use of an oil based primer which was needed for the job. It's smell was horrific and left my eyes, nose and throat burning for 2 days. Then the vapor sensor on my water heater failed and shut down my hot water. I had to get a plumber in to replace the vapor sensor and reestablished the hot water. But the plumber had less work to do (and charge for) since the painting crew were able to confirm that it was the primers fumes that caused the vapor sensor to fail. By day 3 of the job the smell was pretty much gone. The job manager deducted my plumber's bill from the remainder owed on the job. Just another indication of what a quality vendor Painting by Jerry Wind is.

Couldn't be better. The work done was great, and some patches were done that the other company's plaster worker missed. We got a recommendation for what kind of primer/paint would be best for the bathroom ceiling and love the results. Everyone showed up exactly on time, were extremely professional and made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. We also felt we could ask questions any time.

The guys did a great job and were very friendly. They made sure to follow-up, check-in, and get things done well. They also did a great job in cleaning up and making themselves unobtrusive. Everything was finished a timely manner.

Excellent. I had to go out of town while the painter worked and he did a superior job. He left my house so spotless, I would not even know they were there. Jerry Wind himself came three times. Once to give estimate, once to set up painter and explain job and a third time to check the completed job. I hire Painting by Jerry Wind because I can trust them. They are the best!

The work was outstanding. My plaster walls have an unusual texture, and they were able to match it beautifully. Both their plastering and painting skills are top-notch. I was especially impressed when two of the guys spent what must've been quite a lot of time cleaning up old paint that had splattered onto the unpainted wood trim, both around the doors and at the floor level. They didn't have to do that - that was not part of the contract. But they went the extra mile to clean this up because they knew they could, and because they knew it would really make the paint job perfect. These guys are expensive but worth every penny if you want the best possible outcome.

It is beautiful and perfect! Very detailed. Proper care to tape and cover floors. We are so happy with the results. We will use again!

Abraham and Ron were the crew and they were fabulous. I work from home and they were unobtrusive and hardworking. They really worked to contain the mess and the dust--the rest of my house was not impacted by the work.

The work was quick and good quality

The team was great (and fun) to work with throughout the project. They got along well with our dogs too. We were also having the exterior stucco redashed and they worked around the stucco contractor's schedule. They completed the interior work while the stucco contractor finished outside. We were pleased with the interior wall paper removal and painting - the room looks brand new! The team lead was very responsive and kept us up to date on all work. They matched our trim color exactly to a specialty color and took great care not to get paint on our new stucco. They will be coming back to paint our kitchen and bathroom once the remodels are complete. They even shared what they had seen for kitchen remodels at other projects. We would highly recommend them.

Overall, it was a job well done. If we were to do this again we would take more time to match the paint of the walls prior to starting the work. We hadn't realized the walls were of different shades throughout the house. The mud room will need to be repainted since the color is significantly different from the color we chose to patch up along the top of wall from the tape used during the work (which was expected).

Very Well. Painters were on time and very professional. Cleaned up after themselves. Covered all household furnishing wood work and flooring including carpeting with plastic or paper.

The work was fantastic. They left the area clean and organized every day until the job was completed.
