 + -1 moreWe found Patrick to be very creative, knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. He stayed very patient with us as we took our time making decisions and making changes to our plan. The overall cost ended up being $2,500 over what we expected to spend on a, roughly, $200k addition but that overrun was due to the City of Maple Grove imposing their unreasonable requirement of every residence having a 2-car garage (our original plan was to delay building a 2-car garage until we had save some money to build one). So we were impressed that Patrick was able to simplify the house design (to keep building costs the same) to include a garage while he kept our costs low. Overall our experience with Patrick was great and we would recommend him and his company to anyone. In fact, now that the construction is complete and we're living in our beautiful new addition we appreciate him even more.
Description of Work: Patrick Freet of PAF Architecture designed a home addition that used much of the existing foundation and included a new garage, mud room, laundry area, powder room, kitchen, living room (upstairs and down), front stoop, mechanical room, sauna, and exersize room. He started the process with concepts and drawings to narrow down our tastes and requirements and completed the project with full sets of permit drawings for the city and the builder.
