Great results. Removed the pet stains. Deodorizing carpets helped remove the dog smell from my house. Work was done quickly, neatly, and thoroughly. Before beginning work, Todd explained the process, inspected the rooms with me pointing out areas of concern, and answered questions. The best part -- carpets dried fast! Todd was friendly and polite; would hire again. Very affordable.

I sold my condo to a family member, and needed the carpet to be cleaned before she moved in later that day. The carpet was in TERRIBLE shape due to our cats throwing up often, and our kids just being kids. I was embarrassed by the state of the carpet and didn't want to leave it like that for my family member. The carpet cleaner showed up right on time, and did an amazing job. I couldn't believe how well he got the stains out! Because they were so bad, it did need a deeper clean than I had initially requested, but he gave us a price cut on the deeper clean. Then when it was done he texted me pictures of the carpets, which was really nice for me since I had already moved out of the home. It gave me the confidence that my family member could move in and I wouldn't cringe about the mess left behind! I felt like the service and responsiveness was above and beyond, and while I have a lot less carpet in my new home, I will definitely hire them again next time my carpets need cleaning.

The tech found all the stains by using a UV flashlight. He treated them with a special formula. He then cleaned and treated my carpet. I can't see the stains and the carpet looks clean and fresh. I appreciated the way the tech explained the process in detail. I will definitely hire Oxifresh again.

Logan was professional, friendly, and a very hard worker. We have a large dog and the carpets look like new once again. I love the fact that we can put our furniture back in 2 hours after they have been cleaned. I will use Oxifresh Carpet Cleaning again in the future.

Paul was terrific and worked extra hard to clean our rugs which had been soiled by a cat. He advised us about how to deal with any future stains etc.

Great! Logan was super friendly and didn't seemed to be bothered one bit by our morning chaos with breakfast, kids, putting away groceries, etc. Just went about his business. We were simply looking for an improvement on the odor. We had several darker circless in different areas of the carpet that I thought would always be there. They're all gone! I truly cannot smell cat pee. I can smell that it had been cleaned (less than 12 hours ago), but I'm sure the overall smell of the space will become more neutral. This was our first time ever hiring someone to clean carpet- we've previously rented machines, rug doctor, etc. THIS WAS DO WORTH IT! Especially with 2 little kids, to not have to rent, haul and do the labor ourselves was great and we got far better results.

Sam Lindenfelser was early and had to wait for me to arrive from work. He was very understanding and patient. He checked out the carpets before he went to get the appropriate tools for cleaning. He moved the furniture and got to work! Sam was very personable and I was completely comfortable having him in the condo! If I can request a technician next time, I'll ask for Sam!

I hired OxiFresh to clean the carpet on my stairs to prepare my house for showings. The technician, Paul, was incredibly personable, and he did a great job of cleaning the stairs. There were some stains that had been there literally for years (mostly ground-in dirt and cat vomit stains that wouldn't come up when I cleaned them immediately with traditional carpet cleaners), and apparently a ton of deeply embedded pet hair I had no idea was there. The carpet looked brand new when Paul finished. I will say that a couple small stains reemerged after a few days, but Paul was super responsive and set up a time to come back out to work on those stains again. They were very small spots, really--overall, the carpet still looked great--and the recleaning seems to have done the trick. Just a word of caution: I had my stairs cleaned when the weather had been humid for a few days, so it took much longer for the stairs to dry than I had anticipated. This wasn't a big deal to me, but if you're getting your carpet cleaned for a particular event (say, hosting guests you want to impress), you'll want to plan a few days in advance to allow the carpet to completely dry. It was probably 2 days before my stairs were completely dry (again, in humid weather). I would definitely use OxiFresh for future carpet needs.

Loved the professionalism. Oxy-fresh does not leave your carpets soaking wet. They were cleaned and able to use within an hour. No strong fumes and carpets looked brand new.

Company is very responsive and on time giving you a heads up by phone 20 minutes before they arrived. Todd was very professional wearing a uniform and explained the pricing and was not high pressure for additional cleaning or services. I like that! My carpet is over 20 yrs old so I went with the basic package. Totally impressed with this cleaning process compared to the heavy steam cleaning where it takes days for your carpet to dry out. Did a great job! Very impressed with this company.

I am relieved to have found these folks. I appreciated Cory's quick response via Angie's List messages and via email. We set up a time and the tech, Ryan, was exactly on time. He explained what he was going to do, and did not push a hard upsell on anything. He made a few suggestions, which I took, as my parents' dog had defecated (messily) ALL over my carpets. Ryan was friendly, fast and my carpets look great. I thought I might have to replace them (soon) and I won't have to! Average dry time. Will use again!

Todd our technician was very punctual. He explained the process and how long it would take. Time estimate was spot-on. Gave accurate assessment of drying time. Very professional from start to finish. Carpets look great. Would definitely use them again.

It was great. On time, very fast drying time. Easy to schedule, friendly and knowledgeable technician, It's all green products so safe for my petts and 5 little grandchildren. Loved it!

We recently purchased an existing home and wanted to be sure the carpets were clean before moving in. Our real estate agent knew Cory and contacted him directly during our walk through to determine which services he could provide. I later called Cory back to schedule carpet cleaning throughout the house. Cory was very helpful and arranged service in 2 days while our house was still empty. Todd arrived on time, was very professional and cleaned all carpets to our expectation. He also identified carpet stretching needs in 2 places and provided contact info for a recommended provider. Todd also demonstrated how we could use water/ice, a towel, and an iron to reduce/eliminate furniture "divots" in our carpet. The entire process was done in 3 hours and the carpet was dry within 2 hours after being cleaned. We are very satisfied with Todd's service and will use Oxi Fresh again in the future.

I'm a repeat customer. "Jeff" regularly comes out from OxiFresh as he lives in my area. The service is PHENOMENAL! I have two dogs who are indoor/outdoor, so they track lots of dirt into the house in the spring and fall. I have ALWAYS had a great experience and can look forward to spotless carpets each time Jeff is done.

This was my first time using Oxi Fresh but it won't be my last. The scheduling was very smooth and easy. The technician showed up right on time, and made me feel very comfortable. The dry time was quick which was definitely a plus as it didn't limit me from use of certain rooms within my house for an extended period of time. Very satisfied with the products and professionalism of Oxi Fresh.

Would recommend Oxi Fresh to anyone. Fast dry time, green products, and the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable! My carpets look brand new. Much better results than the steam cleaners I have had in the past!

The technician cleaned the carpets and "extracted" the cat urine. I was charged an addition $100 to do this extraction which was not included in initial estimate nor was I told it could be. I was willing to pay it to get rid of the smell. After he left we ran fans to dry the carpets. It took over two days to dry the carpets and the cat urine smell was STILL THERE. I asked for another cleaning. The tech came back and was very rude. He basically told me it was my fault the smell was still there because I had used some cleaner prior to having oxy fresh come out. It seemed like he was very irritated with me. He left without telling us and did not explain any of the procedures. I called the office twice to let them know about my experience. Not only was the tech rude, I still have a strange smell in the carpet. I was told I would be sent a free bottle of cleaner and they could send another person out to clean the spot again. I declined the THIRD cleaning as I was tired of scheduling our days around this. The free bottle of cleaner never showed up... A very poor experience and I will never have them clean our carpets again.

I have used Oxifresh for at least 5 years. I would strongly recommend Ed because he is so extremely thorough. He takes the time to move all my furniture, vacuum first, shampoo the carpets and then rake it out to lift the nap and help it dry quickly. I have used a wide variety of carpet cleaning companies for the last 30 years and Ed at Oxifresh is far better than any other I have used. My carpets are 14 years old and they look like new after he is done.

The guy showed, was professional and all, but the carpet cleaning was wet. They advertised that the carpet would dry in about an hour. Mine was so wet I put down towels and it soaked into them when stepped on. It took hours and hours to dry, over 12 , with a floor fan and the furnace fan running. Now when it is damp out my carpet stinks. I tried to contact them but they only have the national 1-877 number. There was no email or mailing address on the web site. No local offices listed, even when you did the "locate" selection. You had to put in the state, then pick the county, then pick the city. Then no contact information. Why not just put in the zip code like every other web page? I tried the feedback/review option, but you can't do it from the web page, you have to do it from an email they supposedly send you. I couldn't find mine. Maybe I blew it away, maybe it got in the spam folder, maybe I never got it, or what ever. I tried the "Contact Us" button hidden behind some other text at the bottom of the web page, but nothing happened. I consider this REALLY bad responsivess if you can't even get a hold of them. They seem to be hiding. They sounded good, but I was very disappointed. I do a better job with my Hoover.

I have used them three times and I like them every time. They are nice, friendly and clean. Their cost is upfront. They are always on time and environmentally friendly.
