Description of Work: Orfield's did a complete remodel of my basement bathroom removing a sump pump and installing a new toilet, vanity and shower. I love the tiling on the floor and in the shower. It always costs more than you would expect but Orfield's do quality work. This is the third job they have done for me. Previously I had a family room added to the basement with an egressed wind and the staircase was opened up. It no longer feels like a basement. Also, they did a complete kitchen remodel with a wall bump-out. I will have them back to remodel my upstairs bathroom soon. I can always count on them to provide quality work which lasts.

I EXPERIENCED SOME FAMILY RELATED ISSUES WHICH CAUSED SOME DELAYS BUT RON AND LAURA WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING. I FELT I WAS KEPT INFORMED THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT WITH PHONE CONVERSATIONS, EMAIL AND ONE ON ONE MEETINGS. THE INITIAL WALK THROUGH WAS MADE EASIER WITH LAURA BEING THERE TO EXPLAIN EACH PIECE OF THE JOB AND WHAT TO EXPECT. SHE DIDN'T FORCE ME TO MAKE A DECISION I DIDN'T WANT OR LIKE. ORFIELD ALSO HANDLED THE PERMIT AND MEETING WITH THE CITY INSPECTOR AND WORKING OUT ANY ISSUES THAT WAS FOUND. I WOULD CONTACT ORFIELD DESIGN FIRST FOR ANY FUTURE REMODELING.
