ONE WORLD LANDSCAPE

It was excellent. They did great. I was able to work with them long distance. They provided before and after pictures. Everything was totally satisfactory with whatever timeframe we'd talked about.

We had been out of town and our yard was very overgrown and many bushes were crazy overgrown. Owner and crew got everything taken care of, did a great job with clean up, we were very happy with results.

I phoned and left a detailed message with this company; a few days later they phoned me back. I arranged to meet with John, who arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time. He and I spoke for about seven minutes about what the job entailed in terms of labor and materials. Although he wasn't too detailed during our conversation and seemed distracted, I wasn't overly concerned. He agreed to provide me with an estimate within three days. However, at the end of the consultation, rather than having me write down my email address to send the estimate, he told me he could remember it if I just told him. Sure enough, I never received an estimate. I can only conclude he didn't want the job but didn't have the professionalism to tell me so.

John worked with us on design ideas to create a beautiful plan.

Our yard was a mess with a lot of scraggly bushes and plants and an ugly tree. We wanted to clean it up and get it to a blank slate. I emailed John on a Monday; that evening he called me and was able to fit me in between jobs for the next morning. He ended up coming back the next day to finish up. His rate was reasonable and he did exactly what we needed. He is very easy to reach and very personable. I plan on calling on him whenever we need an extra boost on yard and garden projects.

John is fantastic! He put a lot of thought into the design he came up with and it shows. He took the time to explain his ideas and worked in conjunction with the people putting in the new front stairs so the entire design is a beautiful custom look. He even came up with the idea to put a time capsule inside the wall (my Great Grandfather from Sweden built this house in 1909). John and his crew were more than conscientious. They even had to chisel some of the ''bricks'' by hand to make the sharp curves for the planter beds. I've received numerous compliments from passers-by. They also replanted a few yew bushes that had to be removed while the walls were being built. Even the clean-up was done to perfection. John puts a lot of thought and care into his work and has great ideas, which is really helpul if you're not sure what you want. He's very easy to work with and his crew was very polite too! I'm glad I chose One World Landscape and I highly recommend them.
