Provided plan for remodeling kitchen. It was done well & on time. We will probably have them proceed with the work early next year.

They were nice guys and 2 guys came out. They did a drawing design for us for a basement remodel. They did the drawing for us all that day when they came out. They were also very efficient and did all the measurements. They then gave me an estimate, but I thought that price was high.

We were very pleased with the work done by On-Time Contractors. Responsiveness is an attribute I value and truly appreciate. On-Time Contractors were very responsive. From Design Consultant Jim getting me a quote for the project in less than 24 hours, to the contractors who came through and finished the project in just over a month. Pavel was an excellent project manager who listened to our needs when we had change requests/questions with the project. He was onsite directing the multiple contractors on a few occasions and monitoring overall progress onsite as a good project manager should. Overall, we were very pleased with the professionalism, responsiveness and courtesy of all of On-Time's staff/contractors. Thank you again for sticking to the timeline you proposed. Basement and bathrooms turned out beautifully. Many compliments at our daughters 1st birthday party. Already had a few friends and family with potential projects asking for your information!

The work went well, was done in a timely fashion, and all workers (general construction/drywall, plumbing & electricians) were friendly, professional and focused. They creatively addressed the challenges of placing a bathroom in a basement of an older home with sometimes quirky current features to create the largest most efficient bathroom layout. Considering this is an older home, OTC appropriately addressed issues to insure everything would be up to current codes and found solutions to address issues that arose.

My husband and I had read all the great reviews on On Time Contractors so we decided to contact them on getting a quote for a kitchen remodel. We scheduled the appointment for 3:30 and no one showed up. After a half hour passed I decided to contact them to see if anyone was coming out. They stated that they needed to contact the estimator to see where he was at. After another half hour passed I revived a call from Mark, the estimator, and he informed me that someone should have reached out to me to let me know that he denied coming out to give us a estimate as our quoted price was too low. First, no one ever reached out to me to let me know that no one was coming out which I find to be very rude. I checked my all folders of my email. Second, we have never used a contractor or done a big remodel and would have increased our budget if we were being unrealistic. We quoted 15 to 20K and that would not include the appliances and flooring that we have already purchased. I guess we will have someone else can take the business and the money that goes along with it.

Not good (see above for details). Mark never returned my voice messages to reschedule the appointment. I can understand things happen and appointments can change. I don't appreciate, however, is the non-responsiveness.

We had a kitchen/bathroom remodel done by On Time, starting in May. Mark came to our home and had some great ideas, most of which we used in our project. The project began extremely punctually, and everyone involved was extremely helpful and friendly. Throughout the project Ivan and all the crews and subs did an excellent job for us. We have no complaints about any of the people involved, and the work done by all was exemplary, and we are enjoying our new kitchen and bathroom very much. Our project ran longer than estimated, approximately 3 weeks, but Pavel was very accomadating during this delay, and the project finished up very nicely. He was very helpful and always addressed any concerns we had in a prompt fashion. We recommend On Time.

Had him come in to do an estimate for our basement project. While we did not select this company, they were very professional and I would contact them if I had another project come up.

I took off from work to meet with the person from On TimeContractors to get measurements for the quote. The meeting went well, promised a quote within 10 days. After a couple weeks I sent a request asking when we could expect the quote, promised in a couple days. We had a couple back-and-forth of asking for the quote and being told it's on the way. A week after the last promised date for the quote I still haven't seen it. Almost two months out from the first meeting and still no quote. This ended up being a waste of time and an unnecessary delay in our project.

They came out promptly and they did a nice job with suggestions. They gave us an estimate in a timely basis. Their demeanor was fine. They didn’t have any tremendous ideas but they certainly listened to what I talked about and they came through with a fine estimate.

They were pretty thorough. They were a good company but there was very little in the way of the design (materials, etc).

The provider was punctual friendly and professional.The photos of their work were impressive, as were their licenses and warranties. I have no doubts that this is a very high quality construction company, however, I am not able to pay 20K for 167 sq feet of finished basement.

We had only been in our home for about a year when we discovered we were expecting our second child. We love our home, but it's small so we needed to maximize the square footage to accommodate our expanding family (especially our very energetic two year old!) We went through Angie's List and found three highly rated companies for quotes. We met with Jim for the estimate and he drew up a preliminary design and emailed us a line-itemed quote that thoroughly broke down the final cost. Jim seemed to be very knowledgeable about all things related to the building process and he really put our minds at ease. Although On Time's quote came back the highest vs. the other companies, we felt most comfortable with them. Unfortunately, shortly after signing with On Time, Jim suffered a personal emergency and we were no longer able to work with him. Pavel quickly picked up where Jim left off and became our project manager. We met with him at their showroom in Hopkins to finalize the design and Pavel had some great suggestions on making the space "kid friendly" (i.e. finishing options that would stand up to years of abuse!) Because we were able to fit into On Time's schedule a little early, they offered to cover the cost of the demo, which we greatly appreciated and Pavel was always open to letting us do whatever work we wanted to help keep the costs down. The first few weeks were a flurry of activity - demo, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC - and I cannot tell you how impressed we were with the crew that was assigned to our project. They always showed up "On Time", if not early, every day and worked hard and late into the evening on many occasions (we had several neighbors notice this as well - they were equally impressed). The subcontractors were also excellent. Everyone was prompt, polite, and professional and it was very clear that they were all very good at their craft. Pavel was a wonderful project manager and we appreciated his quick responses to emails and phone calls. We set up weekly project updates, and any time there was an issue or a change that we wanted to make, Pavel got back to us promptly. For instance, on the day the electrical rough-in was completed and everyone had left for the day, there was a wiring issue with the breaker that ran the refrigerator. It was a Friday, and we weren't looking forward to a weekend without a working fridge! We called Pavel at about 6:00 PM and he picked up the phone right away, contacted the electrician, and the issue was fixed within an hour. We made several changes throughout the process and nothing was ever an issue and most recommendations that Pavel or the crew made were very helpful. Even with inspection delays, the project was completed well within the expected time frame. In the end, our experience with On Time was everything we could've hoped for. This was a significant project with a significant cost, and if you do your research, you really do get what you pay for - PEACE OF MIND that your project is in good hands. Thank you to Pavel, Karnil, Vasiliy and the rest of the On Time crew for the wonderful addition to our home. We look forward to using it for many years to come!

We did a complete renovation of our basement and also added a 3/4 bath and egress window. We appreciated the professionalism of everyone involved. We also appreciated the care that was taken to protect the parts of our home that was not worked on but where the workers needed to walk. The work progressed in a timely manner and we are absolutely loving the finished product!

The project was supposed to be largely completed by April 30 (in 4 weeks), however it was not actually completed until June 13! The estimator neglected to include the cost of an air exchange system for the range which was $7850 ( ~33% of the bid) - this was a significant error. On several occasions the general contractor did not return my emails, texts or voicemails for several days so I finally contacted the subcontractors directly to schedule the work. The GC should have ordered the cabinet doors on March 1 but did not order them until end of April/early May. The GC also tried to overcharge me for granite countertops. The bid had a $70 per square foot allowance for granite assuming that I would pick a grade 3-4; however I picked a grade 1 but the GC did not adjust the invoice until brought this to his attention. On Time Contractors does have excellent subcontractors so the cabinets, countertops, drywall and electrictal work was excellent.

We've lived in our house for 22 years, but never had the basement finished so we looked on Angie's List and called the 3 top rated contractors listed, to get the work done. We felt most comfortable with Jim from On TIme Contractors, we felt we were getting the most for our money and he was willing to work with us to keep the costs down. We agreed to do the demolition of the old roughed-n walls ourselves and also do the painting to save on the cost. Safety codes had changed since the house was built and Jim made sure the basement would be up to standard with this project. We were lucky to want the work done in early spring because On TIme had a time frame open immediately for indoor work that didn't require digging the frozen ground. We had just enough time to get the basement emptied of the items stored there and the walls torn down. Everything moved along very quickly and we were given notice of when work was to be done so we could have someone there to take care of our dogs while the workers were there. That was very helpful! The project manager Rob was very personable and helped us with advise on some of the decisions we needed to make as far as electrical outlets, etc. Even when I realized the flooring I picked out was going to be a bit too dark for the room, Rob made it easy for me to change it, which I'm very grateful for! We also had to make an emergency trip out of town in the middle of the project, but On TIme very kindly adjusted the schedule to accommodate us! We felt very comfortable with the construction workers and sub-contractors who worked on our project. The workmanship was better than that of the original builders of our house and we are extremely happy with the results! Everyone was very polite and left each day with everything nicely cleaned up. We were never inconvenienced or left wondering what was going to happen next. I will certainly recommend On Time Contractors to anyone looking to have work done on their home!

On-time contractors totally impressed us and have gained our confidence. We met with multiple contractors and finally decided to go with them based on the price, reputation and the quality of work done by them. Jim (designer) and Pavel( project manager) were very professional and flexible in their approach.We wanted them to give us a spacious home theater which included moving the existing bathroom plumbing work to an end of our basement. We also included a dry bar with granite counter top and maple cabinets.Everything turned out to be beautiful as expected. Also, they were able to accommodate with multiple change orders without going behind the schedule and certainly time was our highest priority. If they have to improve themselves on something, I would cite that they have better ideas on designing a home theater.But at the same time once we gave them the ideas , they were able to bring it to out perfectly.You do not need to be behind them in order to get the work done. We were informed in advance each day as to who is going to be here and what kind of work is going to be done for the day.All in all ,we are totally happy to have them finish our basement.

Exceptional in every way! Cannot stress enough the professional of this group. Their honesty, courtesy, cleanliness and carpentry skills were excellent, and Pavel was ALWAYS in instant communication.

It went fine but we decided to not do this basement project and did not need to use this contractor.

Jim came to our home 2/26/13, was on time, professional, offered many great suggestions for extensive kitchen/main floor remodel and stated he would have the bid to us no later than than 3/4/13. We sent Jim a text on March 10th stating our other two bids were in and requested status on his bid; we received no response. Maybe On-time was not interested in our $30K -$40k job because we were not purchasing our cabs through them, maybe they didn't want to play in the sand box with the contractor installing our IKEA oak cabs (Jim told us he would charge an add'l line item of $250 for this), maybe the On Time group is more interested in concentrating in the new construction market (mentioned they had $1MM + Parade of Homes spec home at our presentation)?? ...... at least have the courtesy to tell me you're not interested in my job. There is no way I would recommend this company when they can't even follow through on a bid. Our large job will be awarded to another contractor; these guys definitely don't deserve a "service" award........

On Time Contractors Inc overall did a great job. They were prepared from the first meeting Finished job on time and on budget We requested changes after the project started and they were open to the changes and were still able to finish on time. 1) Finalized Bid 2) Few days later dumpster arrived 3) few more days supplies arrived 4) Started the project within two week of bid. 5) Walked through the project with Bob our job supervisor. 6) Started working on Studs, finished in a few days 7) Electrical finished in two days 8) HVAC finished in two days 9) Inspection - passed 10) Staring working on interior walls and sheet rock was complete a week later 11) textured walls 12 We choose to paint all the walls ourselves - took about a week. 13) Door & Trim was ordered - installed took little over a week 14) Electrical came back to install lights and outlets 15) Flooring was installed and tile was installed Project complete on time and on budget. We have recommended On Time Contractors Inc to our friends We provided quality work and did a great job making sure that the workmanship match the upper floors. Basement looks great, it looks like it was completed by the same builder as the upper floor.

He came out to look at the basement and we also asked him to send plans for our kitchen as well. Our basement just needs some help on how to better utilize the space. He stated that he would have the plans for both areas to us via e-mail. We spoke with a woman in the office in January who said she would get in touch with the rep and get us what we paid for. A couple more weeks went by and we still didn’t have any plans so we called again. She said that the rep was waiting on us to tell him exactly what we wanted done but we thought that is why he came to our home. We decided it was best to get our money back.

We purchased a big deal for a basement remodeling plan. The person we dealt with was thorough--and always "on time" for appointments and in providing promised info. Unfortunately, the company does not do projects under $10,000, and we really wanted a a basic finish of walls, ceilings, etc. that would have cost less than that, so they declined to do the work we wanted. My only regret is that we didn't know about the $10,000 minimum in advance; we wouldn't have pursued this and wasted our time and theirs.

The estimator came out for a evaluation of the project. We were told we would receive an estimate shortly. It has been 4 weeks and we have never heard back from anyone at On-Time Construction.
