WE DO NOT WORK ON PROJECTS BELOW $30,000. We only finish/remodel basements and build custom energy efficient homes. Yes, we can build you a deck or addition only if we finish your basement. It is very easy to work with us; after you hire us, you come to the largest showroom in the Midwest, choose finishes for your project (cabinets, granite, tile, fixtures, flooring, etc.) and we deliver all the goods and install them. No need to go to multiple stores to buy products. We make it into a ''one stop shop''. On Time Contractors, Inc (OTC) is a fourth generation builder/remodeling company. Our mission is to provide affordable quality craftsmanship and outstanding customer service along with the timely completion of all projects. We pride ourselves in providing high quality labor and materials while offering full two year warranty on (remodels, plumbing, HVAC, electric) and 10 years structural warranty. Please feel free to contact us with comments/ questions or set up the time for a FREE estimate and design consultation or visit us at our showroom/office at 1920 Central Ave NE, Minneapolis MN 55418. Please note: OTC is not accepting or estimating jobs under $30,000. Visit us at www.OnTimeContractors.com for special offers and coupons. Typical basement finish of 800 sq ft with one bath, bedroom and family room in homes built after 1980s costs $40,000. In older homes where floors need to be broken down to run plumbing for the bath and install egress window 800 sq ft basement would cost $50,000. We do not estimate/take/build projects if a budget is below $30,000
Having remodeled twice in another twin cities suburban home, we are quite experienced seeking out reliable contractors but given the magnitude and complexity of the remodel plans we had, we wanted to check out the best. After receiving 3 estimates from top Angie's list contractors, Pavel with On Time Contractors came next and by the time Pavel left our house, my wife and I were unanimous that Pavel was the one we wanted to work with. Let me make it clear that all the other contractors were very capable and professional but Pavel had the added touch of professionalism, patience, attention to detail, knowledge, and commitment to our happiness that overwhelmed us. Pavel was also a third to half less than what other estimates were speculating and the others were not even as detailed with their calculations. Pavel's crew is amazing in their speed of work, quality of work, punctuality, and courtesy. The efficient coordination of his crew and a few subcontractors is also a reflection of Pavel's skills in project management and the respect his workers have for him. My comment below about communication concerns haed more to do with the fact that the crew were often ahead of schedule and thus we were sometimes unprepared in needing to have items purchased and ready for their installation. Pavel was extremely organized in his staging of the project so that we always had enough undisturbed space for our family of four to eat, sleep, and play throughout the construction. The crew also made extra effort to seal off areas to minimize construction dust and debris. Given the age of the home, it was not unusual for us to be surprised by mechanical, plumbing, and electrical issues that affected our designs and plans. In every instance, we appreciated Pavel's honesty, transparency, and dilligence in keeping us abreast about potential additional costs and rendering his objective opinion about the best course of action. What is more impressive is how Pavel respected our every decision even though it did not necessarily make him the most profit. We also had lots of wallpaper that had to be removed. What was unexpected was the number of layers of wallpaer that existed. When the removal resulted in damage to the sheetrock, Pavel repaired or replaced the sheetrock with no additional charge to us. Whenever something wasn't quite perfect, be it a chip in the hardwood floor, painting, or a faulty tile installation (and these were few and far between), Pavel got it fixed immediately with no addiitonal charges. Even after the project was completed, we noticed some minor things that needed attention, Pavel sent his crew on the same day to fix it. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the process of working with On Time Contractors, and especially working with Pavel, and we are extremely content with the final product. We are therefore confident and enthusiastic in recommending him to others.
Description of Work: Remodel whole house, originally built in 1969. Basement was previously partially finished but we reconfigured the rooms, added a guestroom with eggress window, full bathroom, fireplace living area, and storage space. On the first level, we expanded our mudroom entryway, redesigned and remodeled a gourmet kitchen, redesigned doorways and removed non bearing walls for a more spacious feel, and installed hardwood floors throughout. On the second level remodeled all three bedrooms with major redesign of full master bathroom to include a tiled and glassed-in walk-in shower, whirlpool tub, and enormous walk-in closet. In sum, most describe our project as "gutting out" the old house and updating everything - doors, windows, cabinets, plumbing, wiring, light fixtures, etc.

I just cannot say enough good things about our overall experience with On Time Contractors. It was comfortable doing business with Pavel Sakurets the owner of the company. His priority is quality, customer satisfaction and an overall desire to make sure the job is done right. The price was fair, his subcontractors were excellent and we were very pleased and totally satisfied with the end result. On Time Contractors turned an unused corner of our basement into what is now a very very nice bathroom. Pavel along with all of his subcontractors were polite, considerate, prompt and all worked within the rather short time frame we needed to have this project completed. We would use On Time Contractors again for any future remodeling and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that goes the extra mile to please their customer.
Description of Work: Built new basement bathroom from top to bottom.
We were very pleased with the entire project. Pavel was an excellent project manager. He was punctual, efficient and responsive to all of our questions and needs. We always felt very informed about what was going on. In addition, Pavel was very flexible. For example, we decided to make a few changes to the original plan and Pavel was very good about letting us know how much things would cost. The entire project took about five or six weeks, which is what Pavel had estimated before the work started. The entire crew was very efficient and kind and always left our house and the work site very tidy at the end of the day. After the work was completed, we had an issue with a breaker that kept tripping. Pavel had the electrician out to us the next day to replace the breaker and we have not had an issues since. I would recommend On Time Contractors for a remodeling project.
Description of Work: On Time Contractors remodeled our basement family room and constructed a full bathroom. Our basement had been partially finished some time in the 1980's however, it was done poorly and was not meeting our needs. On Time demolished the entire basement, framed and sheet-rocked the space, added recessed lighting, constructed a full bathroom, built three closets, installed an egress window, painted the entire basement and bathroom, installed all baseboards and trim, and carpeted the space.

Pathetic services and the attitude is "milk" money from the folks. Bad Bad service. I WILL NOT HIRE THESE FOLKS and I will warn others via my channels of communication
Description of Work: I had Pavel come to my house to show the work that needs to be done, after spending 10-15 mins working through the house to show what work needs to be done, he started telling me that what is done previously does not meet the code. I told him that all the work that is done thus far has passed the city code and I have papers to proof it. He seems to doubt me and I felt that he is here to make money, esp. when I have been in a touch situation with the previous contractor leaving the project un-finished. He said that he doesn't want to do business with me and I agreed for him to leave my premises. I don't really think this "so called" project manager has any clue or idea, he is just there trying to make money in this economy. I have been through once with my previous contractor and I am wary of the fact that I have someone else, perhaps trying to get blood out of us again.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR SUBMITTING SUCH FAST REVIEW (YOU WROTE IT WITHIN AN HOUR OF ME LEAVING YOUR HOME). I WISH YOU LUCK IN FINDING A REPUTABLE LICENSED CONTRACTOR TO FINISH YOUR ADDITION. OBVIOUSLY THERE WERE SOME ISSUES BETWEEN YOU AND THE LAST CONTRACTOR. I AM SORRY THAT YOU HAD A DIFFICULT EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. IN MY ENTIRE CARRIER I HAVE NEVER LEFT ANY HOMEOWNER BEHIND WHO WANTED OUR HELP. HOWEVER, I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN THE SITUATION WHERE SOMEBODY WAS MOCKING MY COMMENTS AND YELLING AT ME FOR PROVIDING CORRECT INFORMATION ABOUT BUILDING CODES AND PROVIDING EXPLANATIONS ON HOW THINGS SHOULD BE DONE CORRECTLY. I DID NOT DESERVE THAT, NO ONE DOES. SO, I APOLOGIZED AND SAID THAT “WE ARE NOT A COMPANY THAT WILL RISK OUR LICENSE DOING PROJECTS THAT ARE NOT UP TO CODE’’ AND LEFT. IF YOU THINK THAT I PROVIDED INCORRECT INFORMATION, I RECOMMEND YOU TALK TO THE BUILDING OFFICIALS IN THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK AND HAVE THEM COME OUT AND INSPECT AGAIN WHAT WAS "INSPECTED BY THEM” ACCORDING TO YOU. I WILL NOT RISK MY COMPANY’S LICENSE BY NOT CORRECTING CODE VIOLATIONS IN YOUR HOME THAT ARE OBVIOUS TO ANY REPUTABLE LICENSED CONTRACTOR. YOU MAY FIND IT INTERESTING WHEN YOU CALL THE BUILDING OFFICIALS TO ASK THEM IF ON TIME CONTRACTORS HAS EVER FAILED A BUILDING INSPECTION IN SLP. PAVEL SAKURETS PROJECT MANAGER
The final results exceeded my expectations. He said 5 weeks and he was right. My only recommendation would be to be aware of little things, like how many outlets, light fixtures & switches you really want (I wanted more than the bid) and be aware that the cost of the options usually exceeds what is on the original bid. But like I said, I am very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them. Pavel listened to me and told me what he could and couldn't do. He also followed up and asked what he and his company could do to make the process or their work better. I gave a few simple suggestions. This showed me that he was anxious to keep me as a future customer, which I appreciated. Quality was what I got. My basement is wonderful and a pleasure to be in.
Description of Work: I had a total gutting of a 1950, do-it-yourself, non-insulated basement, with a non-code bathroom. They gave me a beautiful family room with wet bar, bedroom with egress window, full tiled bath (larger than most), utility area with separate enclosed laundry room, enclosed furnace room, and unfinished (but insulated) storage area. They moved plumbing, electrical, and gas lines. Originally, I was not going to do the utility area because it would cost over the amount of what I originally planned for the basement, but Pavel talked me into doing that area also, saying I wouldn't be satisfied if I left that area undone. He was right! I was almost more pleased with that area than the others. We had some minor disagreements, mostly based on house pre-condition issues and complexity of the house, that were resolved satisfactorily. They were fast, but not sloppy, and very efficient. I couldn't believe the care they took with everything.
It went very well. From the beginning, Pavel told us what would happen and when it would happen. He let us know what we were responsible for. When plans changed, he always communicated with us. The workers were respectful of our house, always cleaned up at the end of the work day, and they were nice people -- we enjoyed having them here. Pavel and his crew always aspired to high-quality work, taking personal pride in the quality of the work. They seemed disappointed not to be able to do something "perfectly" because of the age of our house. Imperfections in the structure sometimes meant we all had to settle for "good enough," which seemed easier for us than for the crew.
Description of Work: Complete bathroom remodel, tearing out everything down to the studs (except for our original-to-the-house 1916 bathtub, which we kept and reglazed using another Angie's List company), install tile, toilet, cabinets, sink, countertop, light fixture, paint.

THANKS FOR SUBMITTING THE REPORT; WE ENJOYED WORKING FOR YOU GUYS. JUST WANTED TO GIVE CLARIFICATION TO OTHER MEMBERS ABOUT UNPLANNED $3000 PLUMBING CHARGE: HOMEOWNERS HAD CAST IRON PIPES WHICH WERE CORRODED INSIDE AND THERE WAS LOW WATER PRESSURE IN THE BATHROOM, SO PLUMBER OFFERED TO REPLACE ALL PIPES WITH NEW PEX (FROM THE 2ND FLOOR ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE BASEMENT FOR TUB, SINK AND STOOL) WHICH HOMEOWNERS AGREED TO DO, NOW THEY HAVE NEW PIPES AND PERFECT WATER FLOW.

Pavel and his crew were very good. The new openings they created are seamless and the split of the bedroom into two is great as well. We were very happy with the finished product and it turned out better than we imagined. The workers were very efficient and did quality work. I was in contact with Pavel almost every day. We only hit a couple of snags but they ended up being relatively minor. One issue was there was an unexpected air return in the wall where they created an opening. They were able to work around this and create an alternative air duct for minimal money and Pavel did a very good job of finding a remedy to this complication. Pavel was also very honest about his opinions on certain things and I appreciated his advice. We definitely plan on recommending On Time Contractors to friends and family.
Description of Work: We created a whole new flow within our house through the opening of two walls, closed off the entry to the basement from the kitchen and installed additional kitchen countertops and cabinets in the closed off space, split a master bedroom into two rooms and had 8 vinyl windows and 1 wood window installed.

Pavel came out to bid the project. We did not have any plans drawn up yet, so he referred us to an architect, so that he could bid to specifications. He is very knowledgeable about building codes and different materials, and has very clear ideas of how things should be done. The few times that we spoke on the phone, he was very approachable and professional. We decided; however, to go with a different contractor who's bid was a better price for us, in these tough economic times. Pavel's bid was not the highest that we received. We will definitely keep him in mind for future remodeling projects.

WE'VE COMMUNICATED 5-6 TIMES OVER THE EMAIL AND 2-3 TIMES OVER THE PHONE. I LOOKED AT THE PICTURES THAT CUSTOMER SENT ME AND PROVIDED A SOLUTION FOR HIS PROBLEM. 'TIME AND MATERIAL' IS A COMMON METHOD FOR CONTRACTORS. ON THE PROJECTS LIKE THIS ONE WE CAN'T GIVE OUT ESTIMATES, BECAUSE THERE ARE A LOT OF THINGS THAT UNKNOWN AND IN ORDER TO KNOW WHAT CAN BE DONE TO FIX THEM, WE NEED TO SPEND OUR TIME, MATERIALS AND LABOR THAT WE NEED TO BE COMPENSATED FOR. OUR COMPANY PROVIDES DETAILED PROPOSALS, AND NOT BULK PARK ESTIMATES. AND IF I WERE A CUSTOMER WHO HAD A PROBLEM LIKE THIS ONE, I WOULD AT LEAST SAY 'THANK YOU' FOR THE SOLUTION THAT CONTRACTOR OFFERED. PAVEL SAKURETS
Pavel is amazing. He worked through the issues that came up (like how to change the bathroom so it met the City code at the lowest cost possible) - and had great suggestions (like closing up the small windows). I am very picky about things - and so is Pavel! The quality of the work was excellent (his crew noticed and fixed things before I could even mention something) -- the price was very reasonable (Pavel was "right on" in his estimates and he didn't charge for labor in many instances for things we wanted changed). He was always available and checked in all the time. When they were done remodeling the basement - he sat down with me and seriously wanted to know what they could have done better to improve his service for future customers. And I really couldn't think of anything - which was a first for me! Because with other contractors - seems like there is always something "negative" that happens. Also - Pavel is one of the few contractors that we've worked with that really is On Time. I love that! On Time is the best contractor we've ever worked with. We would use them again and again!
Description of Work: The basement of our 1957 basement had never been finished. It was old, outdated, cold, cement outer walls, bad tile, bad paneling on inner walls, small windows that didn't work, etc.. We rarely went downstairs except to do laundry. Pavel and his crew created a wonderful family room, bar, bedroom, and totally redid the bathroom. They basically ripped apart the whole basement and started from scratch - putting in 2 egress windows, studs/insulation/sheetrock/electrical/recessed lighting/popcorn ceiling in all rooms, in the bedroom they built a closet that extended into the utility room, closed up smaller windows that were gross and we didn't need (that saved us money), painted all the rooms, carpeted or tiled the rooms, put in a bar with sink/cabinets/backsplash, and totally redesigned the bathroom so it was up to code. (We couldn't really even use the shower in the old bathroom and the bathroom overall was scary). It's beautiful! We love it! It's like we have a whole new house!
On Time Contractors did an outstanding job. They were, in fact, on time, as well as on budget. Pavel, the owner, visited the site almost every day and was always available by phone. Pavel is very concerned with customer satisfaction throughout the process and responded very quickly to questions or concerns. His crew is very skillful and he has long-term relationships with his subcontractors. I had no concerns about giving them access to my home and they took steps to protect the other areas of the house. Pavel has an excellent knowledge of building codes. He also has good taste and had very good suggestions for improving on the previous layout of the basement. He's a good problem-solver, which is very useful when working on an older home. Pavel was very good about immediately giving me accurate cost estimates when I requested something new during the project, so there were no surprises at final billing. Pavel and his crew take pride in their work; I felt that if something wasn't done correctly, Pavel would notice it and have it corrected. In summary, I would hire On Time Contractors again and I would recommend them to friends. I feel I made a very good choice, thanks to Angie's List.
Description of Work: The basement in my 1955 home had been remodeled in the 1980s. On Time Contractors removed everything but the bath and did a complete remodel, including a family room and bedroom. The project involved framing and drywalling, electrical (including replacing a fuse box with a breaker box ), installing banisters and balustrades, removing and sealing up existing windows, installing an egress window, some duct work, installing and spraying ceilings, painting, installing doors and trim, and installing carpeting.

Not only did On Time Contractors adjust their schedule to begin the project early for us (as our guests announced they were arriving early!), they completed the project before schedule so we would have time to move in the furniture and decorate. This incredible revamping from a dark, concrete basement to a sophisticated, elegant guest house, was completed in less than five weeks! Workers showed up every morning on time and even, on occasion, worked until 9:00 PM to make certain their part in the restoration was completed. I compare On Time Contractors to a dance ensemble where the entire project is precisely choreographed. Teams of workers each specializing in one area of carpentry followed each other in a tight procession like the kind of work one experiences in a conveyor belt procedure. Each man was clean, polite, considerate of the effect the commotion had on our lives and always left the area neatly tidied up. Something I particularly appreciated was whenever they said someone would show up to do his particular job in the lineup of work, that is exactly what happened. Whenever I needed to telephone Pavel Sakurets, the owner of On Time Contractors, I was always able to speak to him immediately as he was the one answering the phone. He consistently treated my calls with the utmost courtesy and concern, giving me the feeling they were the most important items on his agenda. We particularly appreciated and were impressed by the honesty of the costs involved. Pavel Sakurets gave us a close and itemized estimate in writing of the entire project on his first visit to our home. He consistently advised us of the most economical, yet quality, fixtures, lighting, fireplace, trim, etc., but was able to make swift adjustments when we changed course. Without exception, we are pleased with every choice. On the final day, when we settled up the accounts, we were in total agreement. To our astonishment, Pavel then, with the utmost sincerity, asked us if we could advise him on how he could improve his service to his customers!! Our mouths dropped open! Such humility in the face of such outstanding professionalism is rare, indeed. Trust me when I say this is not your everyday basement refinish. Our new guest apartment is more like a five-star hotel.
Description of Work: They transformed 1,000 square feet of a bare cinder block basement into a stunning guest apartment, complete with an entrance foyer, large living room, bedroom and full bathroom.

From start to finish On Time exceeded our expectations. Starting from the initial estimate, where the owner spent many hours walking through all our detailed questions, to his following up at the end with all the minor finishing touches, they did an outstanding job. The company performed very promptly (finishing the entire project in 6 weeks even with several additions to the project), and the final cost was right in line with the original estimate after minor adjustments to reflect changes to our plans. The companies workers are hard working, courteous and diligent workers who were always responsive to our questions and suggestions. Would highly recommend this firm to others, based on the integrity of the owner and the quality, timeliness and reasonable cost of the project.

Our experience with On Time Contractors was wonderful from start to finish. Pavel was very professional, and his crews were timely and hard working (arriving at 8 a.m and working until 6; also worked some Saturdays). We have a 1904 house which led to some necessary accommodations which Pavel researched and presented to us prior to starting the project. The time line and cost quoted to us was exactly as stated. We were particularly impressed with the attention to detail (several paint touch ups were done throughout the process). We felt well informed across the 5 weeks of their work, and were able to contact Pavel easily when we had questions. We would highly recommend On Time Contractors!
Description of Work: Remodeled and finished our basement for use as a family room. Added a closet and installed small bathroom with tile, and carpeted the main room.
IT WENT PERFECT FROM START TO FINISH! PAVEL AND HIS CREW WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ALWAYS ANSWERED OUR QUESTIONS THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS AND ALWAYS COMMUNICATED BACK WITH US ABOUT CONCERNS THEY HAD. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

We had contacted two other contractors and received vastly different quotes. We decided to look for another option more in line with our budget and comfort level with the builder. We contacted Pavel and he provided us with a quote at our first meeting. I called two of his references, which checked out well. We called Pavel back for a detailed plan and review all the costs one more time. Pavel said that he could have the work done in 5-6 weeks, which was half the time from the other contractors. We found Pavel easy to work with and his crew the same. They were attentive to our questions and modifications as we progressed through the building process. Pavel uses a couple of subcontractors for plumbing and electrical. These firms were efficient and cordial. Overall we are very satisfied with the workmanship, efficiency, and attention to detail provided by On Time Contractors. The project was done in the time frame stated and at the price quoted.

Pavel gave me an estimate which I compared to (3) different contractors. I was impressed with Pavel's suggestions and points of difference he made between his specs and others. He clearly defined his time frame along with his terms in writing. His crew began on time, worked every day, were very polite, respected my property, cleaned up after each days work and most importantly - did a great job! I've had a number of projects done in various homes but I can truly report that ON TIME CONTRACTORS was the most professional and worry free contractor experience yet. It's just beautiful!
Description of Work: I hired Pavel to construct a porch and deck on the back of my house which has a walkout basement. The 14'x13' porch was constructed of cedar with a maintenance free exterior matching the house. The 16'x13' deck was constructed of treated wood with stairs down to back yard.

We had a great experience with On Time Contractors. Their bid was half of what another (very large and well-known) company had given us, which at first gave us pause. But we needn't have worried. The quality of the work was excellent, they were very hard working (often coming on Saturdays and staying later in the evenings), and Pavel even improved upon our original plan by figuring out a way to give us a full instead of 3/4 bath. There were a few problems here and there (due mostly to the age of our house), but Pavel and his crew were flexible and creative in helping us to solve them. The project went longer than originally anticipated but, again, this was due to some particular complications with our house and with the damp weather. The end result was certainly worth the wait. We are very pleased.

The project was as smooth as these things can be overall. The crew was very quick -- so much so that a bathtub appeared in the basement before I even knew it was coming! The workers were polite and did their best to respect our space. They always went around to the backyard and didn't bother us upstairs if at all possible. The project was finished in about 5-6 weeks, and would have been even slightly faster if they had started later, but Pavel was able to "work us in" to the schedule earlier for a faster completion date (in return for "a few" off days, which only ended up being 5-6 consecutive days with no workers). The only downside is that sometimes things progressed so quickly that it was a bit difficult to communicate about what things were to be like in the end and who was responsible for which item (e.g., whether they were going to pick the sink/toilet/etc. or whether we were going to do it since we had some opinions about it).
Description of Work: We hired On Time Contractors to finish our walk-out basement. Pavel and his crew had to remove old plywood from the walls and put in new framing, build out interior walls, install a bathroom (it had previously only been roughed-in), install a gas fireplace, etc. etc. Pavel came out for an estimate and gave helpful ideas about the project and layout and gave a firm estimate. Pavel lined up the electrician and plumbing and mechanical, and his crew did the remainder of the job (from framing to trim to tile to drywall to carpet installation to painting etc.). By the time it was finished, there was a full bath, a full bedroom w/closet, a fireplace, a small kitchenette, an archway leading to an office, an electrical closet, mechanical closet, and under-stairs closet, and large main living area. There was tile in front of the walk-out door, kitchen area, and bath; all the rest was carpeted. The price was easily the cheapest for the result produced that we could have gotten.

I was very happy with the work done. I was initially concerned because Pavel's estimate was much lower than other estimates. However, the concerns were generally unfounded--we saved a lot of money and the basement was well done. Pavel also completed the project quickly upon my request. I was leaving the country a few weeks after we came to an agreement for his company to do the basement. Despite the short period of time they had to finish the basement, Pavel got the job done before I left.
Description of Work: On Time Contractors Inc. finished my basement. The job included a family room with a vanity bar, bedroom, full bathroom, and storage utility room.
Pavel is very direct and accurate with his estimates of both time and cost. He advises against needless additions to the project plan, but ultimately serves customer wishes. I was impressed with Pavel's professionalism and integrity. We have worked with may contractors (3 major projects; master bathroom, roof rebuild, and finishing a basement) that tried to cut corners or deviate from the permit and inspection process. Pavel's team were extremely forthright and customer focused, rather than overly self interested. The result was a project completed on time, within budget and to a high quality standard. Like any remodel, things don't always go as planned. One of Pavel's guys accidentally pierced a hot water pipe on day 2 of the project. The maple floor in our foyer was ruined in the few minutes it took to shut the water off. Pavel's team responded immediately and took full responsibility, replacing the floor (like new) and absorbing a serious cost increase to their budget, not mine.
Description of Work: Our prior mud room laundry room was an inefficient use of a 9x9 space leading to a cluttered entry corridor between the main house and the attached garage. In addition, the closet in the room was difficult to access and it was a dark since the single overhead light was blocked by an interior wall constructed to house laundry machines. A second overhead was hidden in the laundry space. We redesigned the space so that we could achieve a more bright, open and efficient use of our 81 square feet. Key elements of the re-model were moving the door to the garage, moving existing plumbing for a sink from the garage into the room, re-routing electrical and adding outlets, improved safety of gas lines, construction of a new (smaller) closet to house laundry machines, and construction of an integrated, sealed closet in the garage. Skill sets necessary included rough carpentry, plumbing, electrical, gas pipe fitting, drywall, popcorn ceiling installation, tiling, finish carpentry, and painting

Pavel and his crew performed several tasks for me in one day. They installed a chair rail in my dining room-it was meticulously done. They also patched and textured my kitchen ceiling. My ceilings have the popcorn texture and I was concerned they may have to scrape the ceiling in the kitchen, eating area, hallway, and family room since they are all connected if the texture did not match well. They did a fantastic job-their blending technique was wonderful and they could make it look brand new without having to scrape everything. There were some other jobs they did as well. I have used this company before and was very satisfied. I will use them again in the future. These are top notch workers.
Description of Work: Patched and textured my kitchen ceiling. Hung a dining room chair rail. Repaired woodwork in the house (anchored loose banisters, hung laundry cabinets, hung doors, etc).
