We had a great experience with On Time Contractors INC. Aleh coordinated an experienced and professional team. A detailed itemized project quote was provided. The communication and updates throughout the project were appreciated. We were able to choose our own products and finishes including custom trim. Aleh and his team were very thorough and worked within our budget. The project was completed over an extended timeline due to COVID-19, but was finished on time. We hired electrical and plumbing to complete additional projects around our home including installing recessed lights and a gas line to our kitchen. Clean up was performed up each day. We were provided helpful suggestions during each step of our basement project. We highly recommend them and would not hesitate to hire them again. Laura and Shane T November 2020

We hired On Time contractors for finishing our basement and they did a great job. They helped us add a bedroom, 3/4 bath, living room, gym and a full wet bar in our basement. Aleh and team were very friendly, offered us great choices of flooring, carpet, granite for bar paints. The project was on time and within budget. I’d hire them again for my next remodeling project!!

It went very well. People tell us our basement doesn't even feel like a basement. They asked questions when they weren't sure, were very polite, and very clean.

I liked the price on the estimate which was based on all of my needs. then we signed a contract and they started and finished the project on time. Their crew was very nice and professional. so that's why I highly recommend On Time Contractors to everyone.

The project went really well - it was completed within budget and on-time. Aleh and his crew were really helpful in understanding the requirements we had and performing the tasks according to those requirements. They presented us with a lot of options for flooring, carpets and granite for the bar. Would have loved if they have had a few more cabinet colors to choose from. But overall it didn't turn out to be a big deal because the two options they gave us for cabinets were decent and we were able to pick the one that suited well with everything else. The only future improvement opportunity for them would be to have a good design crew available to help the home owners with design ideas. Initially, we were going to work with their designer for the wet bar in our basement but unfortunately she was travelling on an extended vacation and that put a lot of work on me and my wife to design our bar. Aleh did help a lot with his inputs on what we should do for the bar, but it would have been nicer if we have had professional help in brainstorming some additional cool ideas for our bar design. All in all the project was a great success. The only thing I don't know yet is the workmanship warranty since the project was just completed about a month or so ago. But knowing the great work ethics On Time Contractors showed during the project, I am very positive that if something goes wrong in next couple of years, Aleh and his crew will be available to help and honor their warranty. Great company and crew to work with. Will be considering them for our future home improvement projects.

Overall we had a really good experience with On Time. After shopping around quite a bit we decided to select On Time for the reputation of completing projects on time with high quality and they delivered. The project had minor delays due to custom items that we wanted done. The only aspect of the experience that was not excellent was the showroom visit as we felt the selection was very limited. We resolved this issue by purchasing items ourselves but added work in going to stores and collecting items for the build. We would recommend On Time to anyone wanting to complete a project quickly with excellent workmanship.

Project was completed on time, within budget, and within the standards promised. Staff was courteous, respectful, and clean. Workmanship was excellent. Owner was responsive and communicated as needed. We will use On Time again.

They should not be in general remodeling category they only do basements And build custom homes

I had a great service. I was able to schedule the work to be done when I wasn't at home, which was great. While there not only did they discover the root cause of why my door wouldn't open (and fixed it that day) they also noticed rust on the track that opens the door and offered a great discount to replace it that day since they were already there providing service.

We received our estimate from Pavel, and never felt that he was trying to upsell anything. In fact, he talked us out of more expensive upgrades that he felt we didn't need. Our project manager Maria was excellent to work with. She was always available by phone, text, or email, and would meet me any time to answer questions. There was someone working at our house almost every weekday during the project, and one of the subcontractors mentioned how quickly On Time Contractors finishes this type of work compared to others he works with. We would definitely hire them again for any future remodeling job. Their price was competitive with others estimates we received, and they didn't try to lower the price by putting any of the finishing work back on us to complete. They were also available to start the project very shortly after we signed the contract.

On Time Contractors was excellent. Their team was always on time, per their name, and communication was great. Anytime we had a question, we could text Maria and she would get right back to us. I felt like problems were solved quickly and responsively and that the quality of work was excellent. The final result was a beautiful basement. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a remodel.

On-Time Contractors is very prompt and responsive. I had an overall very good experience with them. I feel that their rates are very reasonable for the work that they do. One of the reasons that I hired them is that they were flexible in allowing me to do some work and allowing another contractor to do some of the plumbing work. My plumbing contractor was consistently behind, making mistakes, and forced the inspector to come back multiple times. I was fed up with him and was a bit stressed out by it. At the same time, I felt like I was getting pressure from On-Time contractors to move forward. Some of the communication was perhaps a bit rough around the edges. That being said, any issue or question that I had was quickly addressed. So in that respect, communication was very strong. Overall, I would recommend On-Time Contractors as a contractor that can provide affordable remodeling solutions.

Pavel, Maria, and the whole team did an outstanding job!! They are true to their name-always on time! OTC were always available to talk/text/email whenever we had questions or concerns. They would give us suggestions for the space and were very respectfull of our home and outside property. The price was right! Pavel stayed with his first project quote and helped us save money along the way. They were an amazing team and we look forward to working with them again!! Contractor was very easy to work with and very communicative. Job was significantly delayed due to electrical inspection/subcontractor issues. However Maria did a great job of keeping us up-to-date and trying to expedite things as much as possible. Crew was generally on-site when we were told to expect them and overall they did a great job. We definitely would recommend and use OTC again.

We were immediately impressed with Maria during her first visit to the house. We had had two contractors already come out and told us we needed a complete redo of our kitchen to make it work. Maria came up with an easy solution within minutes where we only needed to remove and replace two cabinets. She got us an estimate in a timely manner and we decided to go with them. I was home on maternity leave with a newborn when the project started and was nervous about how it would go. The workers were courteous and asked if they could play music. They also didn't start too early or stay too late. Everyone was very polite. Maria checked in frequently and kept us updated on the progress. She was also flexible with changing a few things and adding extra projects. We were also very impressed with how clean they were. Everything was completed a few weeks ago and we are still very happy with everything that was done. We would definitely recommend On Time Contractors.

On Time Contractors delivered an attractive proposal. Their staff were professional, prompt and courteous. Pavel handled the initial engagement with us, an inspection of our basement, assessment of the work to be done and a competitive bid. When we selected them -- based on reviews on Angie's List and the work on a basement they did for a neighbor last summer -- Maria took over as project manager. What we liked about their working model was that she served as a prompt and effective intermediary between us and the tradespeople they had to work on the various parts of the project (framers & sheet rockers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, heating & ventilation tradesmen, etc.). When questions, concerns or issues arose, Maria was quick to address them, sometimes making special trips out to discuss and resolve the matter, with us, the tradespeople or both. A few observations to prospective customers about services rendered: Be sure to review the proposal carefully to make sure that it includes all of the details that will meet your needs and interests. It pays to spend time up front on these details since making changes at a later stage of the project will cost time and money. Don't assume the proposal captures everything discussed. It's a good idea to have a walk through at a suitable midway point in the project, for example, before the lighting, bathroom amenities and doorways are handled. In doing so, we discovered that there was a misunderstanding about the extent to which we wanted a certain type of lighting fixture, and because of this review, we managed to catch this issue before it was too late and would have cost considerably more to undo and redo. That said, we were quite satisfied with the work that was performed (which was completed on schedule) and very pleased with the results. We would recommend On Time for a basement finishing project.

We hired OTC to finish our basement and are very satisfied with the results. Throughout the project, they were very professional and responsive to any questions and concerns that we had. Pavel made sure that the whole thing goes as smooth as possible, from securing financing to picking out all the fixtures and finishes from their showroom display. All we really had to do was sit back and wait for the project to be completed. They provided us with a timeline and they made sure to finish it as scheduled. I also have to compliment them for how clean they leave the place at the end of each day. If somebody asks me if I know a good contractor, I would definitely tell them to consider Pavel and his team.

We contacted this contractor based on the good Angie's List reviews. We need some structural work done in our house. Maria came to our house to look at the issue but didn't identify any potential problems or say what might be done to fix the problem. The person who would be doing the work never followed up either. It was a few weeks before I ever heard back and I was sent an email saying it would be 19-20k to fix. I asked for some detail and a formal proposal. I was sent back a quote for 20k saying they would install a beam. Wow, when potentially spending that kind of money I expect a little more detail and an explanation of what will be done to fix the issue instead of "install a beam". I decided to pass on this as they were very unresponsive and very vague about what they would do.
