+ -1 moreTHE WORK TOOK THEM LONGER TO DO THAN THEY HAD INDICATED IT WOULD TAKE, AND DID NOT INCLUDE EVERYTHING THAT WE HAD REQUESTED. ALSO, THEY NEVER RETURNED ANY CALLS - THE ONLY WAY TO CONTACT THEM WAS TO CATCH THEM IN THE OFFICE. THEY DIDN'T CALL WHEN THE WORK WAS COMPLETE.
