One leak was difficult to find and required a second trip. But so far, so good (haven't had a hard rain yet).

The roofing guy were great. The person that did the deck repaired items instead of replacing. Which is ok, but could have been better.

Very badly. They said they would take care of it and never came. They knew we were leaving for a 3-week vacation. I foolishly trusted them to keep their word and come out. They did not -and we had to leave with the roof unrepaired. I called again on our way to the airport and the owner blew up at me on during the call: "I never promised to come out (before you left). All I said was that I would take care of it. Do you think you are the only one with a leaking roof?" They never did come. I fortunately was able to email another company and they took care of it while we were away.

It was easy. It was very fine. They put a deck on top of a garage. And, according to my neighbors it was very fair compared to other estimates they had gotten.

No flashing or soffits/facia on the roofing - drain spouts not replaced Sub contractor was unsupervised and added cost to job Money was requested to pay workers before work complete City permit expired without job completion and Work not finished. Price would have been fine if they had done the job to completion I hired someone else to complete it correctly.

This was not a good experience. They came out to remove snow and ice from our roof. When they were removing the snow, shingles they ripped off multiple shingles on each of the houses we had the service on.

Nothing to tell. They did not do what I asked them to do.

Dick was extremely helpful and responsive. The roofing crew showed up as scheduled, I was amazed at the speed my roof was done in, 1 1/2 days. When they left there was no evidence that they were even there. A day or 2 later the siding guys started. They were kind and friendly. Within 1 week the damaged siding was removed and replaced with new vinyl siding. Dick also included a fish bone pattern for the roof peaks at no charge. Dick and his crew went well beyond what they needed to do, the extra mile so to speak. I would hire Nystrom Construction again without hesitation. Thanks Dick!

He gave us a simple solution where others proposed an expensive one...he came on time, did a nice job, and made a couple of additional recommendations to keep the old place from leaking!

GOOD TIMING AND RESPONSE. GREAT JOB ON THE GUTTERS, VERY AFFORDABLE. INSTALLER CALLED MIDWAY THROUGH JOB WHEN HE ENCOUNTERED ROTTED SOFFIT, ADVISED AND REPLACED WITH MINIMAL SURCHARGE. COMMUNICATION IS A LITTLE ROUGH AROUND THE EDGES BUT THEY GET THE JOB DONE.

HAD A LEAK IN A BEDROOM CEILING RESULTING FROM ICE-DAM DAMAGE IN THE SPRING. DICK AGREED TO SEEK OUT AND FIX THE LEAKING ROOF. HE QUOTED ME 250, I AGREED BY PHONE AS MORE RAIN WAS IN THE FORECAST. HE SAID HE FOUND THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT. THE NEXT DAY, DURING HEAVY RAINS THE LEAKING INCREASED - I CALLED DICK, NO RESPONSE. CALLED REPEATEDLY OVER NEXT 3 DAYS WITH NO RESPONSE. CALLED IN ANOTHER COMPANY WHO FIXED THE ACTUAL PROBLEM 10 FEET FROM WHERE DICK HAD CLAIMED IT TO BE - SIMPLE CRACKED ROOF VENT. IT LED TO SEVERE INTERNAL WATER DAMAGE - $3000 - THANK GOD FOR HOME OWNERS INSURANCE. HE THEN HAD THE NERVE TO SEND ME A BILL AFTER NOT RESPONDING TO NUMEROUS MESSAGES INFORMING HIM HE DID NOT FIX PROPERLY. IN MY OPINION HE IS LIABLE FOR DAMAGE.
