Description of Work: I will be using this company for treating my Ash trees and trimming later on this Summer/Fall. From the first time I called them, they were very friendly, courteous and they came to my home within 2 days to review the trees on my property, let me know what kind I had, their condition and needs, and a good estimate.

Description of Work: I had 6 trees removed from my back yard. It is fenced and not easy to get large equipment into. The guys did a nice job and cleaned up after themselves. They returned in April to grind the stumps. When they arrived they saw perennials were coming up near 4 of the locations. I received a call. They ground 2 stumps and will return int the fall (at no additional charge) to grind the remaining stumps. I was very happy with the service and the communication. I solicted 2 quotes, and NE was the lower of the 2.

Description of Work: George came out and gave an estimate of the cost and confirmed that the tree needed to be removed. The crew arrived and left in the timeframe stated. The crew was friendly and professional. The area was cleaned up. My neighbor was so impressed with the job that he hired them to provide an estimate regarding the trees in his yard that needed to be trimmed. Once again the crew was on time to work and to leave. They cleaned everything up and the trimmed trees next door look great.

Description of Work: Just received an estimate for the removal of a small tree. Did not use this company, but they were very responsive to getting me an estimate and provided a thorough clear estimate via email the next day. This was especially nice to have in writing since I was splitting the cost of the work with my neighbor. Would definitely consider in the future for work.

Description of Work: REMOVED A LARGE ELM WITH DUTCH ELM. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I'VE USED NORTHEAST TREE. GEORGE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. IT TOOK 3 DAYS TO REMOVE THIS LARGE TREE. EACH DAY THE YARD WAS CLEANED UP AND LARGE BRANCHES THAT WERE DOWN BUT NOT CHIPPED WERE NEATLY STACKED. MOST IMPORTANT, THE TEAM WORKED AROUND THE CHALLENGES OF MY GARDEN AND AVOIDED ANY DAMAGE. THEY HAD A VERY SMALL PART OF MY YARD TO USE TO DROP THE TREE. MY NEIGHBORS THAT WERE HOME DURING THE DAY COMMENTED ON THE FRIENDLINESS AND PROFESSIONALISM OF THE CREW. THEY WERE ALSO IMPRESSED BY HOW THEY CLEANED UP EACH DAY. THEY MAY USE THEM FOR TREE TRIMMING IN THE FUTURE, ALSO. THIS WAS AN EXPENSIVE PROJECT BUT GEORGE'S BID WAS CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S BID FOR REMOVAL.
