Description of Work: Bruce has come several times to get our Apple systems back up and running after having had some broadband and other issues in the building. He is a nice guy, knowledgeable, very quick and efficient, and very successful in getting us back up on lap tops, MacPro tower, and iPhones.

Description of Work: NorthBrain came out to my home two weeks ago to load software into my computer and bring it up to date with all of the internal programming.

+ -1 moreGreat! I am very happy. I was able to meet Bruce the same day I called him and he did the work that afternoon. He had to leave town but made sure his partner Nick (I wish I had gotten Nick's card) returned my computer to me the next day. Nick also showed me a few improvements to the system and answered all of my questions. Most impressively when Bruce (returned from his trip) and Nick discovered that I had I stupidly miscounted my payment to Nick (overpayment) Nick called and made a special trip out to me to return the overage. Good karma on them both!
Description of Work: Bruce replaced the dead hard drive in my Mac Powerbook which tripled my space. He also recovered all of my data and returned my old hard drive to me.
