Everything went perfectly from the beginning of the project to the end. Mark came out to do a rough measurement for quotation purposes. Once accepted, his installer, Warren cam to do precise measurements for the build.The actual window build took a few weeks and then another 10 days for an outside company to match my stain sample, stain and varnish the interior wood of the windows.Warren and his crew of two others installed the windows in two days. They were very professional, and used tarps in each room to cover the floors and furniture as they worked. The exterior trim work was the most time-consuming part and it was done with real attention to detail. I'm very pleased with the outcome of this project.I've noticed two things that resulted from doing this project. First, there's been a dramatic reduction of road noise with the installation of the triple pane glass. Second, we recently had a day where the temperature hit 90+ and unlike in the past, we didn't need to use our air conditioning - the house was closed up in the morning and never got above 76 degrees all day. I attribute this to the triple pane, low E glass and the tightness of these windows against air infiltration.

Very pleased with the quality of the work. A few rough parts (a nail was left sticking out, some chipped pieces of wood, smudges around the area) but realize part of that may be normal course of work with large patio door installs. Quality of glass patio door and screen door is excellent and I am very pleased with the new product. Did not make a mess / cleaned up in area of patio door, and work was finished on time and quickly. Offered to come back to make sure everything was working out well, which I appreciated. Good work overall, and would hire again.

We are very pleased with the windows. Warren was personable and professional. The main problem we had was that the workers repeatedly left the house unlocked when no one was home. This would not have been a problem if we had stayed at the house, but it was irksome. Other than that, the workers were polite, did a good clean-up job, and we are satisfied with the work.
