Very impressed with their work and they went above and beyond. After getting some ridiculously overpriced quotes from 2 other companies Nordeast Electric gave me an honest quote that was a fraction of the price.

I absolutely loved working with Nordeast! They were very prompt, communicative, fast working and left us with great results! They had to completely redo the wiring to four of our ceiling lights in our 100 year old house and they accomplished all four tasks in under a day and a half. Not only did they get all four lights working again, but they also cleaned up behind themselves and even put back our furniture! I was so impressed with how clean our home was the night between the two working days and when they finished the projects. I cannot stress this enough: they had to drill several holes in our ceiling and walls in order to complete the job and when they left there was not one speck of dust anywhere! They were also very sweet and funny. Bonus: They love cookies, so if you want to befriend these guys maybe offer some!

We purchased a St. Paul home built in 1900 knowing that we would have to replace the knob and tube wiring. Nordeast Electric performed a very thorough and fair estimate right after closing that was easy to understand. KC and John were very knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and easy going. They came up with solutions to every problem and respected the integrity of our home. They kept holes to a minimum while replacing the knob and tube in our plaster walls and they always cleaned up after themselves. We had no surprise costs or upcharges, just fair, honest work. Overall, they were great people and they did a great job! We couldn't be happier with the experience and in the words of KC, youâ  ll think Nordeast is Cool! Sweet! Awesome!

What a concept! They actually called me and told me they'd be late. They valued my time as well as theirs. Bob came,listened to me about the problem and went to work. He had to track and identify where the power failed (no easy task). He rewired and installed a new ground. He was professional,efficient and cleaned up. I am very pleased ! Everything works very well and the price was reasonable too. I would use them again.

The electrician arrived on time, asked questions to ensure that he clearly understood the situation, then evaluated options for how to best accomplish the project. His suggested option was exactly what I wanted and fee was less than I had expected following an earlier phone conversation with the business owner . The work was completed efficiently and without opening our wall any more than needed for the new 220 receptacle - which I did not think possible. Job well done.

Prompt and courteous. Price was reasonable for the work. The certain ambiguity of electricity still remains a mystery but miracles did occur. "There's a reason magician rhymes with electrician." :-)

Quote given over phone from Bill was the total cost of the project. Work was able to be done within a day after accepting their bid. Justin was on time and his customer service is outstanding. He is able to explain what is being done and why in terems that are easy for the customer to understand.

Was able to take a look at my problem almost immediately. Electrician solved short in my system but was not sure how, but it is fixed, which is the most important thing.

Wow! Put the request in, had a call in about 3 minutes, price was right, and an hour later the job (install outdoor electric receptacle) was done! We were lucky there was someone in the area already, but still...great job; neat, clean, nice rep - and he survived the rosebush too! Price was very competitive too.

Nordeast Electric (electrician Austin) was not only professional, he went above and beyond on the project. He walked me through the whole process, which is incredibly helpful regardless of level of expertise (mine personally being limited for this case, but I still understood each step). The job he did was perfect -- he did everything I asked, and gave me some truly expert advice, including alerting me to a problematic situation with my meter socket. The working sites were spotless after the fact, and he was kind, thorough, and all-around great to work with. I would definitely recommend Nordeast, and especially this specific electrician.

i had finished putting together a treadmill and during the testing process it tripped the breakers consistently. i placed a call via servicemagic and nordeast electric contacted me within 10 minutes. bill offered to get one of his techs to my residence the next morning! austin promptly called in the early morning, came out and offered a very managable solution that was also much less than i had expected to pay. he installed the new circuit within the hour or so and all's up and running. i expected the whole process to be over the course of a week or more. but, by then next morning? i couldn't be more impressed.
