The experience was great and they were able to come on the same day that I called them. They got the job done incredibly quick and got the problem fixed in about 15 minutes. The electrician was great and easy to deal with.

Electrician was professional discovered issue quickly and repaired the problem quickly.

We liked working with them a lot. They are very familiar with what we needed done and were able to give us an estimate, and set a date to do the work over the phone on our first call. They came out on schedule, confirmed the estimate, and finished the job in one day.

He needed emergency electric service and they came out the same day working through major storms (high wind and torrential rain) to get us up and running. Some work couldn't be completed the same day so they came back the following day and finished up. They were amazing and will recommend them to anyone. They saved the day!

After a storm that had knocked out power to the area I was told by xcel that my box had to be replaced before I could regain power. I found Nordeast on Angie's list and made an appointment. Bob showed up and spent over 4 hours replacing my power box on a very hot and humid day. He was very professional and cleaned up after he was done. I was so pleased with Bob's work that when my parents needed some electrical work done, I recommended they call Nordeast and ask for Bob. They did, and latter called to have him install a ceiling fan. Sorry for the very late posting.

Things went fine from Bill's initial estimate to the other electricians coming to do the work. Eventually, they had two electricians here to complete the job. Bill followed up to get the inspection done and communicated very clearly with me throughout the process.

It was excellent. They were professional and did a great job. I'm very pleased.

Two of our wired smoke detectors started beeping. We were able to replace the battery in one of them. The second one was on one of our vaulted ceilings and out of our reach (we are both short women), After an annoying night of beeping, I looked on Angie's List for someone nearby to help us. I called Nordeast Electric and asked for assistance in getting the new battery into the detector and get an estimate on moving the offending detector. Bob Griffin was able to come out that same morning. He explained that smoke and CO detectors should be replaced every 7-10 years. I also found that information on the website of the Minnesota State Fire Marshall. Our detectors were about 12 years old. We decided to replace all four. Bob had 3 in his truck and bought the fourth one. He installed 2 new smoke detectors in the bedrooms and 2 new smoke/CO detectors outside of the bedrooms. He explained the laws and policies that govern the placement of smoke and CO detectors. Bob was nice, efficient and helpful. A couple days after the installation, we received a "thank you" note from Bill Tomczak, president of Nordeast Electric. We will definitely call Nordeast for our electrical needs.

Bill worked all of an afternoon into the evening. It went fine.

Bill was the best! He worked on the 4th of July weekend because we were desperate! Bill is now our in-house electrician, forever!

I called to have a light fixture fixed that had recently sparked and created a smoke ring on the ceiling. They were able to fit me in the same morning and get it replaced. Austin was the electrician that did the work. He was friendly, professional, let me know what needed to be fixed and why, and got the job done. I would definitely recommend using this company.

Arrived within 1 hour of calling for service. Did the job correctly and completely, within 1 hour. Very professional.

A family member of mine tried to install the outlet over the weekend and ran into problems. We called Nordeast Electric and Bill tried to help us trouble shoot over the phone. I decided to just call them on Monday and them address the issue. The arrived within a couple hours of my call and had the problem fixed in less than an hour.

Austin arrived on time, clean, friendly, professional. He went to work on the project as soon as he had his direction and the work was as close to perfect as possible. When he was through, I asked him to provide me with estimates on a list of soon-to-be-done electrical projects throughout the house. He was quiet, but able to take the time to look at my projects and provide me with a clear list of pricing and able to clearly answer my questions. I will definitely have Nordeast Electric return to work on projects!

I called to inquire if they could do this job, which I believed would be relatively quick and simple. Surprisingly, they said they could meet me in 5 minutes and do the job. They did so, and worked with efficiency and professionalism. They also gave me a discount for being a member of Angie's List.

We had our water heater blow out on us. I called emailed Nordeast on a Friday evening, and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule on Monday. In fact, they were able to make it an hour earlier than promised! The job was done efficiently, just around and hour, and he even installed a separate switch so we don't have to go to the box to shut it off. He left the space in the basement clean and ready for use. I'm very pleased.

They were very nice, on time, cordial, neat, and I cannot say enough about them. They really knew what they were doing. They also checked to make sure the alarms were up date.

They electrician was punctual, friendly, and fast! He explained what he was doing and cleaned up afterwards. I really like using local businesses and will certainly call them again for any electrical work I need done in the future.

the inspected all involved outlets in attempt to locate the short when none found completed an alternate option for re-establishing power to these outlets. The serviceman was respectful and dilligent in this repair.

I thought they (Nordeast Electric) did a great job. Bob Tomczak did all the work. He was prompt, friendly and very good at his job. Bill Tomczak was also helpful with his input and quick to respond to my initial email. As for pricing they were around other quotes I had gotten. I can't judge if it's too much or not. I do know they did a great job and that's the most important thing to me and ultimately worth whatever I had to pay. I have more electrical work that needs to be done on the house and plan to call them in the near future.

I like everything about them. They were punctual, professional, great price, and quality first.

We called and left a message, he called back, stopped by to see the scope of the job and came back the next day to help us.

He came out right away and got the job done.
