Nordeast Electric was great to work with & I'm a very satisfied customer. We were given price quotes over the phone by the owner, Bill, for all items that we were requesting. He was able to send his guy Austin out to perform the work just a few days after I called. Austin arrived a few minutes early both days and worked like a champ through the entire list. Austin was personable & clearly very experienced as he could easily answer every question that I had for him. I really appreciated that he could give us valuable input as to how we should approach various lighting & wiring situations. Bill, the owner was also very pleasant to work with. He even made the time to stop out while work was being done to ensure that everything was going well and that I was satisfied. He was able to give us line item price quotes over the phone quite easily for our entire list of jobs. All jobs were done for the exact price quoted. We ended up upgrading our entire electrical panel (thus the lofty price of this visit) and I feel good about having this group do the work as this was something that we knew we'd have to do eventually. I will recommend this company to friends, and we already know that we'll be using them again too.

The service seemed to be fine. Since this time I have had trouble getting the city inspector to come and validate the code. If the company would have made me more familiar with what needed to be done in the beginning, it could have been less of a hassle. They gave an estimate that was better than their competitors and they started working and added to what they had estimated without letting me know.

The service turned out well. I appreciated their consultation. I felt their solution was very well thought out, compared to competitors.

The owner, Bill Tomczak, called us in response to our request for an estimate via ServiceMagic. He came to our home, answered all our our questions and let us know how we could best update the electrical system in our 1923 home so that it would meet our current and future needs. Although we had planned to interview other providers, we liked Bill's attitude and forthrightness so much that we decided to hire him for our upgrades. His team showed up promptly every morning, worked efficiently all day and completed their work within three days. The inspector was very impressed as well, going so far as to praise the quality and neatness of the work and noting that not every electrician was so familiar with older wiring. Everything works beautifully and we've been very grateful for the increased livability of our home. We're happy to recommend Nordeast Electric to anyone.

In the middle of a heat wave....my AC went out.....the AC contractor would not hook up the new units until my electrical was brought up to snuff....I called Nordeast and they came out 2 hours later and got the job done......I will use no other company from here on out! They are courteous, professional, and showed up when they said they would and charged me a fair price! TOP NOTCH!!!!!!

They were very prompt and did exactly what they said they would do. They were quick and totally cleaned up after themselves. Very curtious.

As I also had a plumber out doing work down the basement, Austin worked on his own in the garage and let me know when things were done. Everything went smoothly. There were no surprises. He charged about what I'd expected. He worked quickly and efficiently and demonstrated how everything worked when he was done. No problems. He was very nice and easy to work with.

They were very firendly and pleasant to work with. They were very accomodating and would schedule you right away if you had an emergency. They are also reasonably priced.
