Nikki Neat Cleaning Services

Nikki and team did a excellent job under the circumstances of the condition of the house. She arrived on time and started right away. We hired Nikki because the job was overwhelming and too disgusting for me to know where to begin. She had a great attitude and cleaned the disgusting appliances, bathrooms, hand washed the floors, cleaned inside and the outside grime of the cupboards. Cleaned all the window sills and wood trim. The bathtub was used to bath dogs and never cleaned, I'm certain they spent 3 hours just getting bathrooms back to being able to use without gagging. It was well worth hiring Nikki's Maids. I'd hire them again for other cleaning needs!

We purchased a deal for 4 hours of cleaning service from another website in January 2014. After several attempts at contacting Nikki to get a cleaning scheduled, we managed in April 2014 to get an appointment scheduled for 6/13/2014. During the week prior to the scheduled appointment, tried again to contact Nikki to confirm the appointment, determine a time, and provide our address. After several emails and phone calls, we were not able to contact Nikki and she was therefore a no show on the 13th. Got a refund for the deal I purchased and would not recommend even attempting to use this provider.

Nikki was very meticulous and thorough with everything to do with cleaning. She asked me to check each room to make sure it met my standards. What I LOVED about her was that she gets on her hands and knees to wash my floors. Not many people are willing to do that. We had a conversation about the fact that she doesn't sweep because she actually gets on her hands and knees to do the cleaning. There may be a stray piece of fly away dirt here and there but I would much rather someone who got on their hands and knees! Thank you Nikki--you were awesome!!

First of all the reason my serivce cost was $80.00 is because I had purchased an Amazon promotion, regular cost for the 4 hours of services would have been $200.00 plus a tip. I orginally called in January to set up services for April and she said she would call to confirm the week before. I didn't receive a phone call so I started calling her and called everyday for 4 days to confim the appointment. She finally returned my call on a Sunday afternoon and my appt was for Monday AM. I was getting nervouse because there were 2 post on Angie's List that Nikki never showed up, but she did. When Nikki did arrive she was on time. Nikki was on time to the appointment and was very pleasant to talk to. I had prepared a list of the things that for sure I wanted done ontop of the other serivices list in the gift certificate. Apparently I needed to communicate that I wanted all of those items done also. She performed her work with the minimum amount of effort, there was no peripheal vision, she did not look up or down to see that there was dust underneath the table or a cobweb in the corner of the wall; that is what I expected from someone who cleans homes all the time. Services listed on the voucher included: cleaning windows, ovens, baseboards along with all the other areas you would expect, none of those items were done. You could look at the window above the sink and see it had water spots and should be washed but no. When it came time to clean the wood floors, she wasn't even going to sweep or dust them first, I had to offer my duster for her to do it, she didn't have a broom, mop, vacumn just a rag and bucket with a couple cleaning items. I think she used the same cleaning product in the water bucket to dust and clean the bathroom. To Nikki's defense she did take me into each area and ask if it was ok and I told her it was fine just because I was so dissappointed I wanted it to be over and have the house to myself again. After she left I vacumed the house and suted the rungs of the tables and cleaned the windows and corner cobweb....she did just the minimum basics. i could have saved myself the money and done that myself. Like I said Nikki is nice but I am sorry I would not recommed.

I truly wish I could provide feedback on the cleaning, but it did not happen. I purchased a voucher back in June 2013. I call in the late Fall and the soonest she could come was in February. She was very pleasant during every interaction. She stated she would call and confirm a time and details a few days in advance. No call prior to, but did call day of to say she could not come due to snow storm, totally understood that. We re-scheduled. Expected her around 9:00 am. At 10:00 am I sent her an email, still no response and it is now late evening. No call and no show for the appt. Extremely disappointed as I am out of work after surgery and really needed the help! Got refund on voucher late this afternoon.

I purchased a cleaning a voucher from another website on January 9. Three hours of a basic housecleaning. I called and left a message to schedule my cleaning. NO return phone call!! I called three more times and left three more messages on my fourth message I was pretty upset!! I did finally received a return phone call back after the fourth message. She was booked out 2 months. I told her we were looking for somebody to clean on a ongoing basis every 2 weeks. She seemed very interested. I scheduled our cleaning and waited for two months. She was to arrive at 8:30 the morning of our cleaning. 10 AM she still hasn't shown up I called and left a message. NO return call!! I called again at 2 PM in the afternoon left another message letting her know that I had taken the day off work to be home for her to clean. She NEVER returned my call. The next week I did call the company that I bought the voucher through. They refunded my money back immediately. But they did not pay me for the day that I lost at work!! I would not recomend the cleaning services to anyone!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

She did everything I asked. She did very well. I would definitely hire her again.

Bought a certificate on a different website. Paid for 5 hours of cleaning and WOW did I ever get superior cleaning!! Nikki arrived and was extremely cheerful and genuinely nice. I discussed my expectations and she understood, as well as explaining how she worked. I have a 1920's Bungalow with hardwood floors throughout the entire house. She and quot;hand washedand quot; every single floor in my home including the tiled bathroom floor and 1970's vinyl floor. She wiped down kitchen cabinets and wet dusted ( no swiffers which just throws the dust in the air to land again later) all my wood built-ins and furniture. She asked questions as she worked, and made sure she did a walk through with me before she left. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nikki and her great work ethic. If you are looking for a superior housecleaner, look no further and give Nikki a try.

I was so impressed. The service was as described and more. Nikki was thorough, quick, and detail-oriented. The rate was far more reasonable than any of the other quotes I had received. I am very pleased with her work, so much so that I am now considering hiring her for weekly cleaning on a regular basis. I wish I would have found her a long time ago! Highly recommend!
