I have used them six times in 2012. Their price was reasonable that is why I used them. They had been fine. The owner of the place, Kyle, always came by and checked the work. He made sure that it was done in my satisfaction.

The estimate was spot on. The work was immaculate. The job was done in less time than we had anticipated and we couldn't be happier with the results. We are having him come back in a week to do my husband's office, bath, and two additional bedrooms.

Chip met my husband and I at the condo for a free estimate. He was on time and very professional. First we explained our overall goal of rennovating the property to prepare for sale. We explained what we felt were the critical path things that needed to be done at the site, what our required timeline was and what other work would be taking place at the property simultaneously. We asked for an itemized estimate as depending on cost we might choose to complete pieces of the job ourselves. Chip listened attentively and then we walked through the unit one room at a time and discussed what work needed to be done in each room. He took measurements and made some great suggestions on colors and/or things we could do to remedy problematic areas (previous bad paint jobs, dinged woodwork etc). As promised, within 48 hours we received an itemized estimate (hands down the best estimate documentation I have ever seen) and a follow up e-mail. We accepted the terms of the contract, sent the down payment amt. and set up a day and time to meet Chip at the property to begin the project. After a couple of days we entrusted him with a spare set of keys so he could come and go as needed. The project was flawlessly completed on time and within budget. Chip was not only respectful, timely, well organized and professional but he was flexible and easy to get along with. He managed to get the work done in the midst of three other contractors coming and going to do a kitchen remodel, handyman work and flooring installation all without incident or conflict. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the work done. We will be using Fresh New Coat Painting again and again!
