I waited until the very last minute (October 17) to decide we needed our front porch deck cleaned and stained. To complicate scheduling this work even more the exterior of our home was also being painted and we had no control over the HOA painters’ schedule. I exchanged a few emails with Barak and I received an estimate on October 19. He worked around the painters and our deck was cleaned on October 29 . Barak managed to stain it on November 2 ensuring it was ready for winter. Because our deck is exposed to the sun every day Barak provided much appreciated advice regarding the stain color - different than the color I had selected. I watched and talked with Barak during the entire staining process. He knows his business, his products and customer service. I will certainly call him (earlier) when our porch needs this maintenance again.

I contacted New Again Deck Renewal service for cleaning and staining our porch and deck. Barak provided very reasonable estimates. When it was time to do the actual service, we had already completed the porch, and Barak proactively reduced the final cost. Barak and his crew completed the cleaning and the staining of the deck, taking periodic feedback from us and providing feedback to us as necessary. They did an awesome job on our deck. I also appreciate the team's honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Barak always provided prompt responses from the time I first contacted him, till the work was complete. I would definitely hire this team again.

Barak and his crew stained my deck this past September. I had done myself in the past but didn"t have the time this year. That said I knew it was a tough job. It has composite floors and cedar rails, making it very easy to drip stain from one to the other. They did a great job, not a drop of stain on the composite floor. Barak was easy to reach via email and his cell phone which made communication with him convenient. The job site was left clean in-between power washing, sanding and the final stage of staining. The only draw back was the long wait time for him to come out and get the job done. He told me about the long wait time up front, so it wasn't a surprise. We also had a some rainy weather to work around. In any case it wouldn't hold me up from hiring him again. Fairly priced, easy to work with, quality work, I would recommend New Again Deck to anyone in the market for deck staining. Thank you Barak!

This is the second time Barak and his crew have been here, and I could not be more pleased with their work. I first contacted him in June, and he promptly gave me a very fair estimate. I was in no hurry, so he placed me on his schedule and then showed up promptly on the day we agreed upon. His crew was exceptionally polite and thorough, and Barak himself discounted work because it was "hidden" by a bank of trees. When the power-washing was complete, they agreed to return a week later and then were here ALL DAY - from 9 AM to past 6 PM, restaining all outdoor woodwork. They not only did a superior job, they kept me posted every step of the way, and asked me to approve each section as they worked. I cannot recommend them highly enough...if they had a a grade higher than A++, New Again would earn it!

I submitted pictures to Barak along with pictures of the stain that had been previously used. He was able to provide a quote from the pictures. He was very responsive and easy to work with. His price was very fair based on estimates I received from other providers. I will definitely request an estimate from Barak when we replace the spindles and rails.

Deck was cleaned well and the staining job was good. Barak (owner) is a good person, follows though on commitments and works to ensure the customer is satisfied.

They did a great job!. It took a while to get them scheduled but that was because they were busy and all the rain we had this summer put them behind but once they were able to schedule me they were very prompt. They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend them.

They are Angie's List number 1 rated deck guy. It cost $470 after the discount in which he gave me 20% off for using Angie's List. He was incredibly prompt and punctual, he was professional, and he held to the number he gave me. Any extra charges were clearly identified upfront and in the process, they were really good about it. He was really good. He told me when he could do it and he always followed up with emails, even so much as the day the guy left, the bill showed up in email that day. He was incredibly punctual. He was really great.

Excellent work. Clean and detailed oriented. No issues at all. Did an outstanding job and stayed in touch during the rainy season. Would use again.

Excellent workmanship. Thoroughly power-washed a deck that hadn't been cleaned in several years. Returned a couple weeks later to stain the deck. It looks beautiful. Workers were very polite and professional and completely cleaned up afterward. Owner was very timely with communications. Outstanding experience from beginning to end. Will absolutely hire them again.

Everything was good and they did everything that they needed to do. They sent 2 people out to do the job. They got the job done in about 3 hours. The scheduling was good and we had no problems with them.

I got service using the Big Deal promotion which advertised two workers for a certain amount of time. Two workers came, but they had to work together on each part of the roof, not independently. When the main worker assessed the roof, he said that it would take a long time, much longer than the time allotted in the deal, to do a complete job. Therefore, I opted just to get the ice removed from the most critical places. I was satisfied with the work, but it would help if the deal would set expectations for the amount of labor required for a typical job. Instead of getting 100% done, I got about 10% of what I really needed. My only complaint about the quality of the works was that the ice that melted off was not cleared properly from the front steps. Otherwise, they did a good job and at least the boss set my expectations accurately once he saw the extent of the ice dams. I would not use such a service again because it would be too costly to remove ice from the entire house; instead, I'll prevent the ice dams with extra insulation or heating elements before next Winter.

Was prompt and thorough in work.

A terrific experience - would highly recommend Barak and New Again Deck to others. Excellent responsiveness to all communication. Superior attention to detail across all aspects of the job (especially given the large scale of my project). Never thought my deck would look this nice again!

They did a great job. I bid out to 4 different carriers and they were the lowest cost. They were able to get it done in my requested timeline.

They removed ice from my roof. The service was good.

I had contacted Barak by e-mail early last winter to be put in the list, but then I just called him in March and explained in a phone message what I needed done. A few days later he stopped by to check it out, and we decided to go ahead with the power washing and staining. In the meantime I decided I wanted some repair work done to the front porch steps so e-mailed him about that which he said he would do. Due to all the wet weather, it took a little longer than it might have to get everything done, but we got them power washed and then several days later got the staining done. We exchanged several e-mails and phone calls throughout the process and everything went very well.

We had to reschedule it a couple of times. It was a little difficult to arrange a time with them. It took a lot of phone calls. They found out they were in the area on a day we weren't home. The work they actually did was fine. We have a higher pitched roof than the big deal specified so we had to negotiate a little.

I called just to ask questions about how to take care of decks and what I should look for when looking to get my deck built. He was AWESOME and very professional. I will for sure use him when I get my deck built. Thanks again!!!

I first contacted Barak and New Again Deck Renewal last fall. Barak advised that his schedule was full for the 2013 season. I requested to be put on the list for Spring 2014. Earlier this year he contacted me, quoted the project, and set up a weather-dependent schedule. The wet weather put a rather large gap between the power washing and staining. However, once the weather dried up, the New Again team was able to come out and finish the staining just ahead of some other yard work. All communications with Barak were prompt, thorough, and professional. We will certainly contact him again when our deck is due for another refresh.

Barak was amazing and so professional. We had a terrible problem with our deck. We had received other quotes more than 3x more and some suggested we just build a new deck. Barak and his Team took on the project and our deck is new again. The quality is fantastic and Barak always stayed in touch with me regarding the progress. This is a wonderful company. They were very clear about timing and cost up front. Although they could have gotten rid of all the roof ice, they were honest that concentrating on two key areas would resolve our water leak problems. It took 4 or 5 hours with two men working and the problem was fixed. Can't say enough good things about their professionalism. The owner called afterwards to confirm we were satisfied.

There was not any problem with scheduling. There was an additional small fee. They were able to complete all of the work in one day. We did have some problems that he did not come back to address. The work had turned out okay.

The owner is Brogni, he was amazing. He was consulting, professional yet very friendly. The bid was good. He explained some things that he would need to do. The quality product is above our expectations. He is coming back in the Spring to seal it. Everything was amazingly about our expectations. I would definitely hire him again. He was very reasonable. We got several other bids and went with him not only because his customer focus and his focus on quality. He does the work himself versus somebody coming in and using an entirely different person to do the actual work. That was a real plus for us too. You knew what you were getting.
