Barack and team are wonderful. I never actually met any of them, but were very quick to answer through email. They were professional and punctual. The estimate was very reasonably priced. Barack was running behind because of all the rain, and actually emailed me and gave me the opportunity to cancel his service and go elsewhere. I thought that was very nice that he was willing to do that. Barack was worth the wait. My neighbors noticed they were very meticulous in their work. After they were done, there was no evidence they had been there except how beautiful my fence was. I was excited to see they had pressure washed my park bench that was filthy and black. (weathered). It looked brand new when they got done. They even stained that, too! They were more than willing to come out a fix a spot I had noticed. I will use Barack again in two years to maintain my fence. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

This company is an absolute JOKE and a MESS - DO NOT USE THEM It's amazing they have an "A" rating because I have never had a single company on Angie's List be so unprofessional and completely disregard a customer like they did. This spring I began searching for a company that would properly prepare that than finish my deck. After an extensive search and review/quotes from different services I decided to contact New Again Deck Renewal. This was sometime around May 1st. After reviewing their website and watched the video of what they do(especially the preparation part) I gave them a call and they presented a very reasonable quote. The only downfall was that they were so busy they would be unable to get me into their schedule until sometime in August. Disappointed, I started to thank them to find another company. Then I remembered all of the others I had contacted that just didn't fit my expectation. Long story short, last week they first did the powerwashing ( it took close to 5 hours) and returned a few days later to do the staining. I am very pleased with the finished product.They were professional, courteous and clearly knew what they were doing. (Did I mention that it was the hottest day of the year?) I would highly recommend them.

We communicated via email. I sent him pictures of our deck and he responded with a quote which was quite reasonable. After a short weather delay, Barack arrived and thoroughly pressure washed our deck. He helped us select a stain color and returned a few days later to finish the job. We could not be more pleased with the results. The original cost was estimated at $750 but Barack reduced the price because he said there was less work involved than he had anticipated. This was a very pleasant surprise. Barack is an honest man who does an excellent job. Of course we will contact him again when our deck needs to be re-stained.

We scheduled this service in early April and the service was not completed until the end of July and we were not updated on the delay. However, once they did come and complete the service, we were very satisfied. They did a wonderful job power washing the deck and removed the old stain. They did a great job staining as well. Overall a great experience.

Very impressed with quality and thoroughness of work done, , the 12 year old deck, looked almost new after the power washing. The owner came out himself to perform the deck repairs on the railings and at a very reasonable price. The Staining crew completed their work in a 1/2 day, with no spills or messes, cleanup was great !! I Highly recommend New Again deck Renewal to all others

I am revising a review I posted in June for service provided by New Again Deck Renewal. Initially, I was unsatisfied with the responsiveness of this company when a job had been scheduled and six weeks elapsed without communication for their completion of the work. I finally connected with a representative at New Again Deck Renewal and they came out the next week to complete the cleaning / staining of my deck. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company's performance on-site. Technicians were at my home for several hours one morning power-washing my deck, and then they returned a few days later to stain it. The finished product looks fabulous, and the employees were knowledgeable and friendly. I give the overall experience a 'B' due to the initial lag in response time.

Exceptional ... I would use them again and again. First class service at a fair price ... All I can say is wow!!!

Barak and his team did a great job! The first day they were here for several hours power washing and cleaning my 3 decks, gazebo, and table & chairs. They worked really hard and cleaned up after they were done. A couple of days later they returned and spent another long day staining everything and bringing out the beauty of the wood again. I thought that my table and chairs were a lost cause but they brought them back to life! They were friendly, professional, and very hard working. They also helped me pick out the color of stain that would look the best with my home. I am very pleased and would definitely hire them again. Thanks!!

I used New Again Deck for this project 3 years ago, and this time I received the same great service and expert workmanship. Care was taken to protect surrounding areas and the work done was superb.

They were very responsive, considering the busy season and bad weather. Some of the other contractors were just so busy they never returned my phone calls. I saw the contractor finishing up as I came home late afternoon. He commented that he didn't have the right brush to get between the boards. He left me some stain and said that I could do it. I thought this wasn't very professional: I had them do it so that I wouldn't have to do anything myself. Overall the deck looks great, though. Only when I look closely can I see where, indeed, he missed staining a little bit between the boards.

Barak and team were great. Was able to provide a bid based on pictures only. Did the work over two days - one to clear and another to stain. Was able to get the work done promptly even with a rainy spring. Finished product looks great, would no doubt use again.

Excellent! Deck was 10 years old and looked neglected. We added a railing 3 years ago and tried the cleaning and staining ourselves. Looked great the first year, but didn't last. Barak came out, thoroughly washed the deck and explained what we had done wrong. They came back today to stain and it truly looks "new again!" Will definitely call him again and highly recommend him.

Excellent professionalism to set up and then complete the work. They arrived as scheduled and finished as promised. I had arranged to get this work done by Memorial weekend as I had out of town company coming and they met that goal. Everything was completed as we discussed (and as I had hoped) and cleanup was thorough as I found nothing around the site that would even indicate anyone had been working construction there. The price attracted me at first but afterwards, it was the value that impressed me: we had paid about the same amount for another contractor and didn't get nearly this quality of work. One recommendation for the folks at New Again: perhaps leave a one-page flyer with reminders about the use and upkeep of the newly stained deck--or include in a final email. We weren't sure when we could walk on it or return furniture to it, so I had to email. (We weren't home when the work was done so we didn't talk with any workers.) But everything else was superb!

Barack and his team did a really good job. He is always available for any advice needed at any time. His team was meticulous in keeping the area clean all the time while they were here. The end result was transformative and looks amazing. Our neighbors complimented U.S. and was curious and wanted a referral - which we are glad to do.

First, I have to say that this provider was the only one to respond to my initial phone call promptly (in this very busy season). They were easy to work with, helping me with the specific colors my townhouse association requires. The dealer even had New Again on record so I got a discount. Barak and his team actually fit me in really early and the work was done to my satisfaction. I've asked him for a quote on doing the main part of the deck and I have already booked him to do that.

He rescued me from a bad deck job that had just started. I had to let the previous service provider go and I hired New Again Deck Renewal. Barak was very knowledgeable and thorough. He promptly came and the thing that impressed me most of all is that he was on the job the entire time and did about 90% of the work himself. Communication was excellent. All calls and emails were answered in a timely manner. Very clear communication of what to do to prepare for the service and arrival time. Adam arrived on time and went right to work. He was conscientious about the exisitng plants and patio furniture in the yard. He covered the house and neighbors garage with plastic to contain any over spray. Teh fence is only a year old so I was surprised to see how dirty it actually was! After cleaning and rinsing the fence looked AMAZING! A few days later, after the fence dried, Adam returned to stain. Again he was very meticulous and performed the job in an efficient and timely manner. (The owner, Barack, recommended the stain color and it was PERFECT!!) When they were finished with the job, everything was left as it was before they started. All patio furniture was even put back in place. I have stained the deck by myself for a number of years and was disappointed with the long-term results. It only took a couple of years for the stain to fade. We called three companies from A-rated Angies List providers, and even though New Again was slightly higher than the others, we chose Mr Brodni because he showed a very thorough knowledge of our deck materials and how the stain would interact with them. He and his crew member did a splendid job of stripping away the old stain I had applied, and their care and clean-up were first-rate. After a period of time to allow drying (it rained heavily after the stripping job) he and his crew member did a very thorough and complete job of applying the stain. It looked terrific! So, why did I wait so long to report this on Angies List? It's been nearly two years since Mr Brodni applied the stain and the deck still look great! I could not have duplicated the job he did, and it's been worth every cent. Someday we'll have to re-stain the deck, and the only company I want to handle the job is New Again Deck Renewal.

It was great. They cleaned everything up after each day. There was two workers and they were professional. I would recommend them. We were going to use them last summer but they informed me that they were too busy and I appreciated that. He was very knowledgable and informative.

Before starting the work, Barak came out and tested different strippers to be sure of the most effective choice to remove the previous dark latex stain. He also showed us high quality photos on his website of various stain colors of his previous work to help select the best one for our deck, and was personally involved in every aspect of the work. The wood railing including vertical 2x2's and stairway to the ground level added to the challenge but all work was done with excellent workmanship and use of high quality materials. The result a beautiful restoration job that far exceeded our expectations. The project fell behind schedule partly due to wet weather and also because Barak didn't want to apply the stain until he was sure of optimum drying condidtions, so this was not an issue with us.
