Description of Work: First off let me start by saying overall, the deck looks better than it did before deck renewal came. The reasons for the c rating are that I had to wait 6 months from the time I booked the service until the work was actually done. It was a bummer to lose use of the deck all summer. Also they left a large area of dried stain on my white vinyl siding. I didn't notice this until it was dried and there seems to be no way to get it off. It is below the stairs so it is not real noticeable but still......

Description of Work: New Again Deck Renewal stained and sealed our deck. They arrived when they said they would and did a fine job. I had always done the work myself and worried that a contractor wouldn't do as good a job as I would. After the work that New Again did, I'll never do it myself again. They did a better job than I would have at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: Nothing! I scheduled with New Again Deck Renewal in July. After over two months of waiting, they cancelled stating that multiple employees quit and they didn't plan to hire more in order to meet their customer obligations. Really? Wow.... Terrible service.

Description of Work: I submitted pictures online with a request for an estimate and work to be done on a new house I just purchased. Due to the time of year and how busy they are they were unable to do the work but they did give me an estimate. The amazing thing was that Barak asked me to call him and he discussed my deck with me and spent time educating me about its current condition and what my options were for future care despite the fact that he was not going to do a project for me this year. Definitely super service!

Description of Work: They did some repair to a small portion of our siding where an animal had gotten in. I had a very hard time finding someone to come out to do this because it was not a big job. There had been storm damage in the area and everybody I called was either too busy with bigger jobs or didn't even call back. When I finally found this company, they agreed to do the work and did a very nice job.

Description of Work: They provided an estimate to clean and stain our cedar fence. | |I submitted a request for an estimate. Within a day or two Barak called, having already stopped by our property, to ask a few follow-up questions before providing an estimate. He was very pleasant and during the phone conversation he provided a few recommendations for care of our fence. As he communicated, I received the written estimate by email within a short time. Unfortunately, the job was too cost prohibitive to proceed. Opting instead to DIY it, I have not bothered to get multiple bids so I cannot stay if their estimate was high, low or right in the pocket. That said, simply based on the responsiveness during the bidding process, I would have the confidence to use them for a project that was within our budget.
