I left a very negative review after the summer of 2018 because the service I received was poor, my lawn was in terrible shape and the communication with the company was very negative and unhelpful. As soon as I posted that review I received a call from 'Craig', who I think is a regional manager, asking me what they can do to help. We developed a plan and I decided to try it for one more season. 'Emily', the branch manager, was completely helpful and sympathetic to the situation and worked with me all summer to restore my lawn. She was always available and did a lot of the restorative service herself like aeration, seeding and being there for me. Craig checked in a couple times too to see how things were going. All in all it was a completely different experience than the one I had had the year before and I will go with them again next season (even though I said in my first review I would never hire them again!). So, I am happy to say that I have changed my mind and am happy to have done so.

They came back after my request and used a more powerful machine. They backed up their 100% guarantee and I hired them to do my yearly lawn service. Nice save, Naturescape!!

about as expected. some non-grass plants still growing in my lawn, but I understand that some plants are more difficult to eradicate so I am hoping further applications will take care of those.

Going well.

I was quoted 7-10 days until they could get to me. It was more like four. I was home when they treated my lawn, but they didn't ring the bell and I didn't see them. Treatment was effective on all but clover, and the fertilizer has been keeping the lawn green. They have done two treatments now. My only complaint is that they don't call first. I didn't know they were coming, so I mowed, and they came the next day. Not great, since the weeds should not be clipped down in order to be treated. Other than communication, pretty satisfied compared to others I've used in the past.

They do wonderful work. The price is amazing and I will continue to use their services.

We just love Naturescape!! We used them last year for the entire season for lawn care. Whenever we had any questions they were prompt and courteous. We signed up for the seasonal contract with them again this year, and they have already scheduled the first application. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Naturescape was very reliable. They would usually call us the day before they came and one time we asked them to cut it shorter they were very obliging. Not much to say besides they came, cut our law and left.

We have an irrigation system and asked for advance notice of when they would come so we could mark the sprinkler heads. They gave us several days advance notice and were able to work around the few we were unable to mark as the irrigation system had been winterized. We had questions about the ability to avoid unmarked sprinkler heads, the person answering the phone was knowledgeable and helpful. This is the second year, at least, we have used NatureScape and I expect no problems when we begin using the irrigation system next spring. All of our contact was online or via phone as no one was home when the work was done.

We paid a year in advanced because they offered a discount on the service. If you call they will come back for anything. We have used them for the last ten years. They also treat our ash trees for bugs. They have kept our five ash trees alive. I would definitely recommend them. They have been good. Their customer service is great as well. They also offer shrubbery services.

They do a good job and are low cost.

Overall experience for the 5 treatment process: Naturescape had come out the previous year, and we were happy to sign up again for the 5 applications. We had a lot of weeds before, and they were so much better after the treatments. The office staff is very friendly and you can sign up online or call. Someone always called the day before, letting us know they would be out. The guys that come out do a great job at covering the entire areas with the products. They always left a slip on my door saying what was done. Again after these 5 treatments, we noticed more decrease in weeds and better appearance overall! They do a fantastic job!

Naturescape had the lowest prices between a number of different lawn fertilizer providers. The cost of their 5-treatment summer fertilization program was actually about the same as the cost to fertilize my lawn myself using the name brand, premium fertilizer product I used to apply myself so I decided that after years of fertilizing my own lawn, I would give them a try. I was so pleased price and results after the first 2 fertilization services of the summer that I purchased the preventative grub control and a single round of their mosquito control services. My lawn continues to look great, and at a very reasonable price. And as an added bonus we've had far fewer mosquitoes in our yard this summer. The one issue I've had with their service is that they haven't provided us notice prior to coming to apply products so I haven't had a chance to clean up after my dog or child. During each application some of my dog's and son's toys were left on the lawn and the technician actually spread fertilizer/sprayed chemicals right over them instead of moving them or ringing the doorbell and asking me or my wife to move them. I returned a comment card from one of the technicians asking that they call to let us know when they're coming, however we haven't had any additional applications since so I don't yet know if they will consider my feedback and/or honor my request.

I've used them for between 7-9 years. They do 5 applications in a season. They will be coming back this year. When I started with them I had requested that they call me a day before because I have kids and kid's toys outside.
