I wish I had known that if I had taken my laptop to Roseville, I wouldn t have been charged the $25.00.

If I could I would give more stars. A Lewis was at my home and did everything needed good fast steady speed on all my issues and loading of equipment add ons. Really there is no need to shop around. You know I wish I could do what they do. But they can so why bother. All transactions smooth!

I don't know if my first rating went through as it said we were having problems with the site. BY FAR, the BEST service, and professional interface and contact. They are worth every penny spent and then some. If more companies acted like this, they would have more work than they could handle. They ere polite and knowledgeable, more than I can fit in this space, and you cannot go wrong hiring this fine company.

I was initially hesitant to try Nanosystems, but after talk to Resaun , he convinced me to give them a try. They picked up my computer on a Saturday, kept me posted on the issues throughout the day. Turned it around in a day and had my computer fixed and back to me they next stay. Even called me several times to help make sure everything was ok. Would use them again in a heartbeat! Forget about Micro Center or geek squad, Nanosystems will get it done for less and quicker

Rash on was very efficient and was very nice and easy to talk to.

I panicked when my computer wouldn't start on Monday morning. I didn't even know who to call! These guys were fantastic. Even offered to pick up my computer. Had my laptop back to me by Monday night. Even volunteered to follow up remotely on Tuesday to fix any outstanding issues. Now I know who to call with any computer issues.

They picked up my MacBook in Prescott and brought it back totally fixed. Thank-you!

When no Apple Service Center was available to even make a reservation I was desperate. I asked for MacBook service and partially completed the Home Advisors survey for service. Nano Systems reached out to me. I took a chance and they had it done in a few days. Highly recommend. They were very easy to work with. No initial cost. Very reasonable fix. Total restore from back up.

They drove from St Paul to Chanhassen to pick up my computer, then returned it to me once fixed, on Sunday! No charge for the pick up/delivery. Kept me informed throughout the repair. Excellent customer service and attitude. Highly recommend them.

They did a great job of replacing an internal drive that was close to full with a larger drive. All of my data was transferred and everything was up and running within only a few hours. They answered all of my questions and were very helpful throughout the process. With many businesses closed due to the Covid-19 situation, I was so happy to find excellent technical expertise available at NanoSystems.

My laptop died & it was during the Stay at Home orders so I didn't know what to do. I needed my laptop to work! I called Best Buy but they are only working remotely & I would have had to hold on the phone for hours. So in my panic I went on Angie's List & looked under computer repair and a few companies came up but Nanosystems was a local one. So I filled out the Angie's List questionnaire & submitted it and to my delight, Kue from Nanosystems called me back within 10 minutes! And that is where the excellent customer service began! I described my problems & he explained to me what he thought was wrong & then he told me that they could actually pick up my computer from my home & take it back to their office & look at it & get back to me within hours! Seriously! I thought I would have to wait for days for someone to help me! So I ended up dropping my computer off in person just to make it quicker & true to his word, Kue called me within hours to tell me what was wrong & what my options were. He was so patient on the phone answering my questions. Once we decided what to do, he quoted me the cost & how long it would take to fix it! Wow! They fixed my computer & I had it back in a few days at the price they said. They (Kue & Rashan) were so helpful & friendly & once I had my computer back home they connected remotely with it & finished all the set up & got it running like new! Amazing! I recommend this company to anyone with computer problems. They are quick, they are smart, they are affordable & they are patient & helpful! I give them the highest rating!
