There were problems but they worked to resolve them.

Fantastic. I know that sounds over the top, but these guys were great! They picked up my non functioning computer, fixed and brought it back, in record time. Very happy. Highly recommend.

Nanosystems was fantastic - they quickly responded to my inquiry, helped troubleshoot my issue and then determined my computer needed work. The owner, Rashan, came out and confirmed through additional troubleshooting that it needed additional work, took it and repaired it and returned it the following day. He was conscious of matching my needs with costs and was conscious of my concerns to not overspend for my needs. I would highly recommend Rashan and his team and it's comforting to know I have a firm I can trust to turn to for great counsel and service!

I had an Incredible experience with NanoSystems with Troubleshooting shooting my laptop. They did not do any work until talking to me & giving permission. They picked up my laptop at my home & brought it back after work done. The next day they called to check in & see if I had any questions. Am able to call if a problem within next 30 days. Will Definitely use NanoSystems again & will recommend to others. Professional & Great Customer Service from start to job completed.

I received superb service on my Dell PC, and the customer service was just as great. My desktop, even when new, was never a superstar. After a few years, I swear it was plagued by demons. It would randomly freeze up, and restarting was the only way to get any use out of it. I had used other companies in the past, but I was searching for someone who actually knew something about computers. I found Nanosystems Inc on Home Advisor, and called, based on other reviews. From the get go, I was impressed by Rashan and his staff. Rashan himself picked up the PC after a phone consult in which it was apparent that this wasn't fixable via a remote visit. Replacing the hard drive helped, but didn't entirely mitigate the issue, so back to the shop it went. Rashan promised that he would keep working on it until the problem was resolved, and he followed through on that promise. After getting it back home, it runs markedly better than it did even when it was new, and at what I consider a very reasonable price. I was prepared to have to invest in a new unit, but I'm happy that I didn't have to. I would recommend Nanosystems to anyone looking for repair or replacement.

Very nice, very helpful, listened to what I could explain about the issue and then went straight to how to fix the problem. Also responded very quickly to my request for service - even on a Saturday!

The only problem I had was that I was without a computer for three days, over a weekend. Otherwise, I was satisfied.

Nanosystems received my call late Friday afternoon when my surger/battery back-up began a piercing squeal. Rashan came out on an emergency response Saturday morning at 9am to stop the noise. He replaced that part and helped me with other problems I was having after I installed a new modem recently. It was a big relief getting help with several issues I could not tackle! Whole-heartedly recommend!!
