Owner of business offered free pick up and delivery, since I do not drive and might have selected a location closer to home. I was impressed.

Great Service - Real Nice - Fixed on Time

I took computer to where I bought to try to get a prompt repair but was told I had to send it in for about 2 weeks for diagnosis/estimate. I called to Nanosystems and they diagnosed likely problem over phone, then ordered a part so they could repair it quickly. I took computer into Nanosystems and they repaired the computer and also checked it for other potential issues -- all for original estimated cost and all in one day. Will definitely call them again if problems arise.
