The furnace was installed less than a year ago and it failed with the 1st year of operation. The technician was called to service the unit. There was a faulty part that was replaced. The company is not covering the replacement under installer/labor warranty and sent the bill for the part and tech's time to correct the issue on a furnace that's been installed less than a year ago.
