Mr. Mow Lawn Care

I couldn't be happier. Dave is reliable and does an excellent job. My lawn looks fabulous. He explained clearly and in advance what he charges and how he bills. His pricing is extremely reasonable. I plan to continue using his services and highly recommend him to others.

I found Dave's name/number on Angie's List, noted that his address is not far from me. Called and left a message. He returned the call later that day having already driven to my house, and he could give an exact quote. Was available to do the work the next day. I felt comfortable and confident just over the phone with quote and ease of payment and engagement, so agreed. He came by the next day and mowed and cleaned my gutters and trimmed, exactly as requested. Have engaged him to mow all season. I am very glad to meet him as I'll need future help with landscaping and Dave shows great examples on his web site.

Really like his services, he listens to our requests and he also cares about his customers property. Really pays close attention to detail.

It took a day or two to respond to my email, but once I received the response, Zach completed the job very quickly.

After days of persistent rain, I needed a pro's help with my lawn. I called Mr. Mow on a Saturday, and he agreed to come the next day. It didn't matter to him whether or not I was home. He was quick and thorough; my lawn looked better than it does when I mow it. I waited for a bill that didn't come, and decided to call 2 weeks after the mowing if a bill didn't arrive before then. A minor misunderstanding occurred. I thought I asked for one-time service, and he thought I asked for continuing service. When I returned from a trip, I found that my lawn had been mowed again. It needed it anyway, so it wasn't a big deal. When I emailed him about the error, he got back to me within an hour or two, he was apologetic, and he sent the invoice I requested. I'll call him again the next time I need help with my lawn.

He makes nice straight rows, cleans up the mess, and every week my lawn is the envy of the block. He invoices professionally, and provides extra help or names of other people who can help around the house when needed. Dave is a class act.

They returned our call promptly and set up a time to meet with us on short notice. Don and Zach had great suggestions and did the work 4 days later to meet our time constraints. They did fabulous work and were wonderful to work with.

I like Mr. Mow. What's not to like?! He's got a fabulous accent, answers his own phone immediately, and clearly wants to do the job right. We bought an old house on a great lot and are planning to remove it and build fresh. We only needed to maintain the lot so the neighbors don't worry about us. A couple days after our first contact, Mr. Mow called me with an estimate EXACTLY when he said he would, and actually did the work a couple hours later. He was very accomodating, agreeing to mow the front and back on a different schedule at a great price. He did not remove the clippings, at least not by the time I stopped by a few hours after he finished. It's better for the environment, I guess, but if you like that cleaned-up look, let him know. I'm sure he'd have no problem taking care of it!]

I was able to start service with just a simple email. Mr. Mow responded that day and mowed later that week. Very convenient. The mowing and trim work done was great.

Awesome. The representative Brandon was very respectful, timely, provided a clear estimate and timeline, showed up on time, did a fantastic job, cleaned up after his work and completed on-time.

I called Dave on 4/27 to receive an estimate. I provided my address, and he mentioned it was just seven blocks from another home he did on the same street, so he would be able to swing by and take a look at my property and provide a estimate of services. I was interested in weekly mowing, spring clean-up services, and also some light landscaping. I hadn't heard from him for two weeks, so I gave him a call (5/9) and he stated my property was "too far" for him to provide services. I am disappointed that he didn't call me sooner. He looked to have great ratings on Angie's List, and I was excited to work with him. I am not impressed at the lack of follow-up or customer service.

Overall, Mr. Mow did a much better job than any other service we've used in the past 5 years. We had to contact them once because they forgot to remove the snow from our back steps. Other than that, the service for the season was very good.

I was trying to prepare my house for sale, the snow had melted early, my backyard was not ready, so I needed bark chips in a hurry and early relative to the landscaping season. I worked with Brandon Bailey through Mr. Mow, he understood the urgency of my project, but had trouble finding product that early in the year. He kept me constantly informed, hunted down the bark chips, got the job done with many days to spare and the yard looks great! I feel like my job was far beneath his skill set, but he made me feel like my job was as important to him as it was to me. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Dave and his crew were great! We were anticipating two significant amounts of snow in one week. I contacted Mr. Mow before the snow began and they were out the next day as promised. They kept the drive and stairs clean all week so that we had no trouble getting in or out.

I had left the snow removal for the business until snow had actually fallen. I called Dave from my cell. He gave me a quote over the phone and he went over and plowed that afternoon. He did an amazing job! I later called to also have him do my sidewalks (I'm on a corner lot) and steps to my house. Again, a great job, done promptly with great customer service and a low cost.

They are great. They are prompt and reasonably priced, and do a thorough job.

Dave at Mr. Mow was very responsive from the first moment I emailed to get a quote. He gave us a couple of options, all of which were reasonable. They've been out to plow twice and did a fantastic job both times -- they were here to plow before I even knew it had stopped snowing. They also went the extra mile. One of the times they plowed was a Saturday, so many cars were in the lot. Some of the tenants went out to move their cars, and the Mr. Mow folks said not to worry about it -- they plowed what they could and took shovels around each of the cars in the lot! We are so impressed with the service.

Dave responded quickly to my request, and was at my house within a week. Price was extremely reasonable, and they did a great job. I already use Dave for my lawn care and will probably use him for snow removal. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dave was very prompt responding to my initial inquiry. He was here each week (except as noted above) although not always on the same day. For the most part he worked around my daycare children's nap time so as not to wake them. He did a good job with the mowing and a great job with the trimming.

I called Mr. Mow when my lawn was really overgrown. It took him a couple of days to return my call because he'd been out of town, but he came right out to take care of it once he got back, and did a great job (and charged about the same as I'd been paying a teenager who wasn't nearly as thorough).

Ran out of good weather to perform work, but the estimate was reasonable and I will likely have them do the work in the spring. Very open to hearing my concerns and working out solutions; reasonable prices.
