Mr. Mow Lawn Care

I have used Mr. Mow for snow removal and lawn care for several years now. Good experience. Even when things aren't quite right they come out and fix it right away. Sometimes it can be hard to know exactly what to shovel and what not to in the city.

I broke my clavicle and was not able to mow the lawn for about 4 weeks. I contacted Dave to and he was able to fit me into his schedule for a month while I healed up. I thought his price was very fair ($30/mowing). He came regularly on either Tuesdays or Wednesdays and did a fantastic job with the mowing and keeping the edges of the lawn trimmed. I was able to chat with him one of the days he was here and found him very friendly and personable. Highly recommended!

I've contracted Dave to mow the lawns bi-weekly for a rental duplex property in South Minneapolis. He's been very reliable and consistent. I once left a message requesting that he please attend to a strip of lawn that was on the edge of the property against the back alley--easily missed--and he responded later that same day with an emailed pic showing that he took care of it. Excellent work.

David is very responsive to message(s) that are left for him. My last lawn care service was not communicative when it was necessary. I am an 'out town' property owner, so communication is necessary, especially if my tenants bring issues to my attention.

Went with another provider - we never confirmed with him that we definitely wanted to sign up for weekly service, nor did we sign a contract like we did with the company we hired - but he came anyway, unbeknownst to us. We paid him for it. Would probably use his services again.

Dave is very easy to do business with. Reliably does weekly mowing. Fairly priced at $25 per mow. Bills monthly via email. Dave personally mows each yard with a regular residential mower. It looks just great when he is done. I really appreciate this as I have an oddly-shaped, hilly yard...and the larger services were damaging it with their large industrial mowers and sometimes inexperienced rotation of workers.

Dave is very responsive during the bid process. He was the selected contractor and has been terrific.

Dave is reliable and reasonably priced. He is efficient in his billing and other business practices. He can be contacted easily by email if a question arises, and he responds promptly. Overall, he has done and continues to do a very good job. I don't have to think about my weekly lawn care, which is the entire point of hiring someone to do it.

Dave from Mr. Mow saved the day for us. After waiting for another mowing service to come for 3 days to mow our new sod, the other service sent 2 nice guys, but their mowers ate up chunks of our sod. After another failed attempt by other service to come a few days later to use a push-mower to carefully mow our new sod, I called Mr. Mow. Dave promptly squeezed us in and got us on a regular schedule. He carefully mowed the new sod without issue and continued weekly service after that.

Mr. Mow has done a terrific job. He comes every Monday -- unless it rains and then he comes on Tuesday. He's careful with a very wet area of the lawn and keeps the grass clippings off of the landscaping and driveway. I'm very pleased. It's great not to have to worry about this particular chore.

I contacted Mr. Mow last May when I was pregnant for help mowing my lawn. It's a big corner lot on a steep hill, and they gave me a reasonable estimate. Every week, they did a great job, and the lawn looked well-kept and healthy. Come fall, with a new baby, I also used them for fall leaf cleanup, and they've done snow removal for me after every storm. They consistently went above and beyond, doing touch-up removals on short notice and even handling another property for me while I was out of town. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Great! Never having had a lawn service before, I contacted the company for information about cost and how the service would "work." The owner is prompt with his email responses and the price was reasonable, so we went with Mr. Mow. Happy we did. Our lawn is mowed without me having to contact anyone to schedule; Mr. Mow just knows when it needs to be cut next. Plus the monthly email billing is a nice feature.

Mr. Mow's team is very reliable, and do excellent work; they are attentive to the ragged edges of my lawn. The price is competitive, and they are careful of my plants and soaker hoses. I have hired them for two summers now and will most likely continue to hire them every summer.

I'm usually on top of the lawn mowing but let the grass grow waaaaaaay too long (about a foot in some spots). I called Mr Mow on Tuesday afternoon to get a quote on how much it'd cost to cut my lawn and bag the grass. He gave me a quote I liked and asked when he could come out. Much to my surprise he was going to be in the area the next day and could do it that morning. Sure enough the next day he showed up, mowed the lawn, bagged the grass, and charged me exactly what he had quoted. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I highly recommend Mr Mow

Everything didn't go that great. Their work wasn't exceptional. I don't feel like they lived up to what they said they were going to do. Afterwards, they were very unresponsive to my emails.

He did his usual great job. I've hired him before and I'll hire him again for sure.
