Mr. Mow Lawn Care

Amazing! Dave (Mr Mow), and Brandon the landscaper are super. We've been very happy with Dave doing the lawn this year--easy to email him and he's really responsive. When we mentioned our interest in landscaping Dave came out the same week and back with Brandon to measure and develop a proposal and plan. We called refs who raved. The whole thing was planned and executed within 3 weeks of first discussing it. Brandon communicated his ideas, details, costs and worked hard to keep within our budget, vision and to make recommendations that met our need to keep the landscaping low maintenance and do the work in phases. Our young son loved the bobcat, the dump truck and the guys let him check it all out and help. Talk about being accommodating, these guys are gems hard-working, honest and easy to work with. Landscaping is never cheap yet estimate was less than a bid (without stone) from another group 3 years ago. They even showed up 2 days early to start! We hope to do phase 2 in spring.

I emailed Dave late one evening and had a reply on my computer early the next morning. I emailed back and he mowed my lawn that morning. My husband was amazed. He has been after me to find someone to take care of the lawn, but I had been too busy to really do a good job of looking.

I am very happy with the service that I have received from "Mr mow" the person who mows my lawn is very good and does the job quickly while he maintains quality.

Dave the lawn guy was polite, on time, and reasonably priced. Lawn looks great!

Dave was very responsive to my request for a quote. The price was reasonable and he started right away. Dependable and a job well done. Highly recommended.

Brandon did a good job. It was not easy to access the pile between houses so he needed to do much of the work by hand. I needed to find someone quickly with our house going on the market soon and Dave responded quickly and they got the job done when promised!

They are very easy to work with and very prompt and courteous. They seem to have very quality people. They are younger, but are very interested in giving good service. Mr Powell, the owner is very nice to work with.

He responded to my email within a day, and had a quote back to me within 3 days of the initial email. He was the only one to reply to me of the three companies I contacted. His pricing seemed very reasonable.

Dave is remarkably regular and discreet. I barely know he is there. He sends a bill once per month with a self-stamped addressed envelope. He is a working professionals dream.

Great service. The lawn looks wonderful. Truly one-stop shopping for a beautiful and reasonably priced result. I highly recommend.

I kept asking for info on what Dave used for ''weed & feed'' treatment and he never answered. I wanted this info before I asked for the service -- but then I found out on my first (and last) bill that his co. supposedly did the ''weed & feed'' treatment once weeks earlier! I asked again about it and he confirmed that he did apply trtmt -- despite no evidence of said treatment. I.e., weeds are proliferating and lawn looks no greener than before. So it's hard for me to believe that (A)my lawn really was treated, or (B) that whatever product he uses is successful. I still don't know what he used! 2nd complaint: his mower always ''forgot'' to trim edges near fence, etc. I asked first if that was included in service and Dave said yes. Since his worker kept missing the trimming, I cancelled service after paying bill in full. 3rd complaint: mower didn't show up when he said he would (Wednesdays); came whenever he wanted/didn't tell me in advance.

I needed a fill-in service while my lawnmower was being fixed. Mr Mow did a great job. They were prompt, showed up as promised, and did quality work. Would definitely use them again.

I had to seek a lawn service after injuring my knee last year but had trouble finding someone who was willing to mow our half-acre lawn, which was also weedy and neglected. Dave came out promptly to do an estimate, and I was surprised by its reasonable price. He did a great job on the initial mowing, which I feared would clog the most powerful mower. He also took a weed whacker to the grass growing, along our neighbor's chain link fence, trimmed around shrubs and trees, and edged my shaggy flower beds. In addition, he is always courteous and professional over the phone, even when you can tell you caught him in the middle of a busy day. I recommend him highly.

Dave responded to my emailed request within hours & once I approved the quote, the work was completed less than a week later. I was very impressed with Dave's response time, the very reasonable price, & the great communication.

Dave is pleasant and replied promptly to my initial call. It was a little difficult getting started. I had to call Dave a couple of times when he said the lawn would be mowed on a certain day, and then no one showed up. However, after the first two weeks, they come every Friday. The work is fantastic. They not only mow the lawn but clean up all the edges and trim weedy areas each week.

Mr. Mow never called me back. I ultimately used a service provider referred by a colleague of mine.

I have sent an email and left a voice mail to request a quote and have never received a response. I guess they are too busy for new customers.

WE LIKE HIM A LOT. DAVE IS A GREAT GUY. ONE OF THE THINGS HE DOES IS CROSS CUTTING. HE DOES THAT FRONT AND BACK AND ONLY CHARGES US 20 DOLLARS, AND FOR THE SNOW REMOVAL IT TURNS OUT TO BE 400. PLUS IT IS ALWAYS FUN TO TALK TO SOMEONE WITH AN AUSSIE ACCENT.

They gave me a four hour window in which they were supposed to be out, but did not show up. I called back the next day, and couldn't get through, their mailbox was full. I finally left a message, and when I spoke to them they didn't really have any reason, they just said they'd be out within two hours. They did not show up or call in that time frame either.

I was satisfied with the lawn mowing, but this has been an AWFUL experience. I have canceled my contract and would NOT recommend them!

Mr. Mow is a throwback to good old fashioned service - friendly, polite and always very prompt! The men who mowed my lawn were very well-spoken and well dressed. They return calls very quickly and addressed any questions or concerns that I had with the utmost respect for my needs. They cleaned up after themselves and never left anything out of place. It was great to come home to find my lawn in perfect order after work. Reliability is so essential. Mr. Mow goes above and beyond. You can't go wrong!

HE IS A VERY NICE GUY BUT FRUSTRATING.

FABULOUS. HE GOT ME AN ESTIMATE IMMEDIATELY, WAS PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO WORK WITH. I HAVE SIGNED A SEASON-LONG CONTRACT WITH DAVE.

I HAVE A SMALL MPLS. YARD WITH UNEVEN SURFACES, WEEDS AND NO SPRINKLER SYSTEM. BUT, MY LAWN HAS NEVER LOOKED BETTER. BEFORE I WAS DEALING WITH MY GRASS EITHER CUT TOO SHORT OR THEY MISSED A WEEK DUE TO RAIN, OR SOME EXCUSE. MR. MOW'S EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR HAS EVEN IMPRESSED MY NEIGHBORS. I'VE NEVER HAD TO CALL THEM TO COME BACK TO FINISH OR CORRECT SOMETHING. I'VE USED SEVERAL GRASS-CUTTING SERVICES OVER THE LAST 15 YEARS, BUT MR. MOW IS THE BEST!
