Description of Work: There was quite a bit of miscommunication about what services were included in my initial estimate. As a result I was not happy with the work done but there was no recourse for my complaint and misunderstanding was the root cause. I would give an even lower rating but feel some blame should fall on me for not being clearer in my expectations. I was also out of town when the work was done, not a good idea when first using a lawn care service.

Description of Work: Dave, Mr. Mow, has taken care of mowing my lawn, fall leaf clean up and gutter cleaning for the past two years. He cost is reasonable and the work well done. I really appreciate that he leaves the grass long enough after each mowing so it does not burn out or need excessive watering to stay green during the summer.

Description of Work: Company owner promptly called me back the same day I left a voice mail message, however he notified me they only work in South Minneapolis. It would have been helpful if this information was included in their company profile.

Quality and fast is a great combo
Description of Work: I needed mowing and fertilizer until I was able to get a friends mower who was moving. Mr. Mow was great, easy to work with, solid prices and very on time.

No story - just good work.
Description of Work: Mr. Mow was courteous, friendly, came weekly without being called (regular schedule except for rain), and gave me a senior discount. When I had to stop his service, he was very courteous.

DAVE IS PROMPT, RESPONSIVE, AND ACTUALLY LIVES UP TO THE CUSTOMER CENTRIC MISSION THAT HE DISPLAYS ON HIS WEB SITE. WHEN DOING SNOW REMOVAL, HE WILL COME TO OUR HOUSE IN THE EARLY HOURS AND DO THE DRIVEWAYS AND WALKING AREAS SO WE CAN GET OUT, THEN COME BACK LATER IN THE DAY TO FINISH THE JOB. NO OTHER SERVICE WAS WILLING TO DO THAT. HIS WORK ETHIC IS LIKE NONE I'VE SEEN IN A LONG TIME, AND HE DONATES A PERCENTAGE OF HIS PROFITS TO CHARITY. MR. POWELL IS EASILY THE NICEST, SECOND MOST DECENT SERVICE PROVIDER I'VE HIRED AS A HOMEOWNER. HE DONATES A PERCENTAGE OF HIS EARNINGS TO A CHARITY OF THE CUSTOMERS CHOOSING. HE GAVE US A PRESENT WHEN MY DAUGHTER WAS BORN. HIS SERVICE WAS PROMPT, RELIABLE & EFFICIENT. HE BID AT LEAST 10% LOWER THAN ANY OTHER PROVIDER.
