MORNINGSIDE TREE LANDSCAPE

This company returned my call after two weeks, at which time I've already contracted another company to stain the decks.

Things went very well. He was very good at returning phone calls and performed the work in a timely fashion. We informed him we would be out of town and when we came back, the deck and railings were done. He had removed all of the many items on the deck (table, chairs, storage units) and put them back perfectly. While I am certainly satisfied with the work, the deck perhaps could have used one more coat of stain, though in fairness to Peter I never contacted him to ask about having this done. But at the price he charged, I am certainly happy with the results! Other estimates were much, much higher.

We have some pine trees in our yard and they didn't get as many of the needles up as I felt they should. Cost is determined by yard size.

Peter was the only one of a handful of companies who promptly submitted a bid after I had left a only a phone message requesting bids/info which included my address. He came and looked at the deck and sent me a bid in what seemed like overnight! The price was reasonable, and from first contact, the job was done quickly and thoroughly. There was some rain delay to apply the sealant, but that just shows professionalism and a commitment to quality work. Thanks Peter! We recommend him to others, and will use him again.

Did a very good job for a great price compared to other bids.
