7 men arrived with trucks and equipment and walked around to finalize the work to be done. 5 stayed and worked efficiently taking about 90 minutes to complete. They did a great job with cutting back the 13 year old trees and cleaned up everything. The work was inspected and I was happy with the results!

They were fantastic. Our Ashe had some large branches break late one night and they were here first thing the next morning and had both trees taken down by noon.

He is very understanding and works with the property owner on their options. I will be using him again for other tree work.

Excellent. I sent in an email request for a quote for the removal of the trees on Friday, July 1st. We set up an appointment for the estimate for July 6th. With the huge storm in Maple Grove on the evening of July 5th I was concerned that they might not come out to do the estimate on July 6th due to all the damage in Maple Grove from the storm. However, they showed up on time, gave me a reasonable quote, asked if I had any questions, and asked what equipment could be brought into the yard for removal. I was told they would be out between July 11-13 to remove the trees and they would let me know in advance when they would be coming. They called and showed up on July 8th, removed the trees, and cleaned up the debris. Quick, friendly, and professional. It was a pleasure to work with them and will definitely use them again.

I sent a request to set up a time for a quote and received a call a few days later from "Mike the arbor specialist." I returned the call for three days and included a Monday call. I left messages as well and NOBODY called back. If this is how they want service than I do not recommend them at all. Horrible horrible horrible communication. F- all the way.

We wanted to clear out ten very large dead and straggly trees, plus a lot of buckthorn, from a dense woods in our back yard to showcase our other mature, healthy trees and to give us more usable back yard space. Due to some other urgent work that needed to be done in our back yard to solve a drainage problem, we ended up with a very tight timetable to have the trees removed before our back yard would be resodded following the installation of drain tile. Jacob got us an estimate and evidence of insurance very promptly, and he was able to bring a huge crew and several trucks to our property with very little notice. His bid was by far the cheapest of any company we contacted that was able to provide evidence of adequate liability insurance and Worker's Compensation coverage, which was essential to us given the size of the trees that were to be cut down. We highly recommend this company!

It went really well. Jacob came out and gave a free estimate. I scheduled the work with him about a week later, and a crew came and performed the work less than a week after I scheduled it. They cleaned everything up, and it went smoother than I could have hoped for. I'd use them for any tree service I'd ever need. Great deal, and super nice staff.

I am beyond pleased with the level of service, professionalism, and expertise from MN Tree Experts. From the first call to final handshake they were not only easy to work with, but they worked WITH me to ensure I would be happy with the end result. Their work on my property removing a large Silver Maple from a tricky spot, trimming an Ash, and grinding multiple stumps, exceeded all my expectations! I definitely will be using them again and spreading the word on the great work they do. No better value in the Twin Cities, hands down.

Arrived right on time. They went right to work after a quick consultation to verify the work, The small Team worked well together, they had the right equipment and cleaned up perfectly. They raised the canopy on 5 trees and thinned (by gently climbing) the canopy on those same trees. The trimming was beautifully done so as to gently shape the tree without removing too much. A perfect job! They cleaned up the removed branches as well. Their equipment was right sized and they didn't mark up the lawn (easy to do in the late Winter). The agreed upon invoice was provided and I paid (happily) on the spot. Nice bunch of gents, I plan to have them come back in 2-3 years as the trees grow out and need another shaping. Fully Satisfied!

We had done some cleaning up of the yard and had taken some stuff we had piles of, like, the buckthorn trees that my neighbor kind of cut down, but wasn't stumped out. We had piles of all that brush and they got rid of all that for us and stumped out all that. They managed that very well.

Amazing what they were able to do and we love them.

They were in and out super fast. They were in and out trimming two trees in less than 15 minutes. $800 seemed high for that. There were about three people. One trimming and one or two hauling stuff. I didn't know when they left even though I was home. When I came out, neither tree looked like they had had $800 worth of trimming. The tree in the back yard still had branches hanging far enough over towards the house. I would have never expected it to be that close to the house still.

Minnesota Tree Experts did a phenomenal job in removing a huge oak tree that was extremely close to our house. Much of the tree hung over the house. That arrived on time, worked extremely hard and used specialty equipment. to complete the job in about 1/4th the time I had expected. They did a thorough job of cleaning up and the price was on the low end of other estimates!

This was probably the worst experience I've ever had with a service provider. To make it a short story, I had a large tree (probably close to 80' tall that was left WAY too close to my home by the builder (it would hit the house during strong winds). I had the company come out to remove the tree. I wasn't home, but luckily my neighbors were when they were there because they told me that they watched the company drop a huge section of the trunk of the tree on my roof. They initially denied it, but when I went up on my roof and saw the damage, they eventually admitted to the damage. The company also dropped a large limb on the sprinkler system pipes that came out the side of my house about three feet off the ground, and they called me when that happened because I had to rush home to stop the water from damaging the inside of my house where the water was spraying in. They came back and did a poor job fixing that damage to the water line (my husband had to redo it because it continued to leak into my basement). I withheld $500 because they said they would come back to fix my roof. After SEVERAL phone calls not returned, no one ever came back and the damage was never repaired. I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE. Please find a more professional group who know what they're doing.

Poor customer service, very high prices and did not finish the job. We will need to hire another company to finish the job, a large stump and remainders of the tree still are in the middle of our yard. Huge clean up job needed after they left.

They were punctual, efficient and courteous. They worked so fast and quietly that I did not realize that they had left.

I purchased their Angies deal on 7/18. They never did the job which in the end took another tree service all of 40 minutes to complete. I had to have Angie's List resolve this mess. Avoid this provider at all costs! Total waste of time. I just read this companies lame excuse. ANGIE'S List actually contacted them with no success. His "excuse" is a bunch of baloney. Nowhere did I say I expected them to be at my house "the next day" That came from them. Add lying to their inability to do the job.

Their service was excellent. Mike responded quickly to my request for an estimate and communicated effectively - he called me to let me know he would be a little later than the time he originally stated. The crew was excellent. They were very professional and took care to make sure the trees they took down did not hit the house (one was close). They did all the work that was stated in the quote and cleaned up nicely. They also bring equipment that makes the work go very quickly. I would recommend then for any tree service and will use them again.

He did a great job. When I called, he came the very next day for an estimate and had the job completed within appx 5 days after that. He has fair prices. He is also very professional and punctual. He also gave me the 5% Angie's List discount. I would recommend his services to others.

I got 3 bids, all highly rated on Angies list. All 3 sent professional estimators that were on time, easy to work with, and provided good advice. Mn Tree Experts had the best price. When the day arrived they were on time. The guys knew what they were doing, quickly scaling and taking down a tall tree that I was worried was going hit the house (no problem), along with a couple of dead trees that looked like trouble. They had a ditch witch to quickly drag the large pieces back to the truck. Other places estimated 4 hours of work, but these guys were in and out of here in a little over an hour (including cleanup). They did a great job, and I would definitely use them again.

They did all these work that if they missed anything there are a lot and lot of reserved staff. Just give them a call and they'd send somebody back over. There was a big root that we have both missed so they came back. They took the tree down last Friday and they sent one of these guys over just today and took out the root that we had, and he also listened to what I said which I appreciated very much. There was no charge today. He just came over. They were really, really good. I would use them again.

The service was fine. It was good. They sent a hoard of humanity. They did a good job in one day.

The service was done very well. Box Elders are basically just weeds that look like trees. They're a little more expensive than what I expected. They did have to do a lot of work. They were right on the spot. They were very professional.
