They definitely did quality work, but contacting the company and their follow up was severely lacking. Our coordinator disappeared for over a week, and upon finally returning my numerous phone calls he said that he was out of state because his brother was dying. That's a horrible situation to be in (if it was actually true), but if he knew he was going to be out of the area for an extended amount of time he should have told me or someone else in the company so the work on our house could continue. After everything was completed and our house was about to be sold, we received a lien waiver from the owner to show the prospective buyers that everything was taken care of. In spite of this we received a phone call about 4 months later saying we still owed the company a few thousand dollars. Apparently it was a "clerical error", but the fact that it took multiple phone calls and hours of work to clear up was unacceptable.
