Jeremy did an excellent job on cleaning our carpets and removing some spots that were stained. Making an appointment was really easy and he was on time for the appointment. He went out of his way to clean a few areas that were dirty that were not scheduled and didn't charge us for it.. We really appreciated that he did that....we hadn't noticed the need until he pointed it out. We have used Jeremy for a long time now...we appreciate him and his excellent work. He is definitely someone you would want to hire and his cost has always been reasonable.

Nothing short of amazing. 4 dining chairs with spots on them, 3 living room chairs, a sofa and an arm chair with very expensive fabric (hand cleaning). We started with the dining room chairs and two living room chairs, I didn't expect much because the spots had been there awhile. We were amazed so had them back to do the rest of the house. The really nice chair that required hand cleaning looks brand new. We can't believe it. I thought the dining chairs were beyond hope and they exceeded my expectations. They guys were great, full compliance with being masked up and did a great job. They clearly do not rush through and care about the end result, they're busy guys but they're worth it. We will have them back for sure.

The guy who came was very honest and did a very good job. His pricing was reasonable too.

This is the second time I've hired Jeremy. He is fantastic! I had multiple issues with my carpets and he fixed them all. For the second time (!) he replaced the carpet on one step because the cats had shredded it. Looks great. Was sure to answer all of my questions before he began work, didn't try to upsell me and got all the gross cat urine stains and odors out, plus ink or something in my daughter's room. I was thinking I needed to replace my carpet, but after he cleaned them, I realized they still have life left in them. Would definitely recommend him. Have had other cleaners and he is the best! Jeremy did a fantastic job! Got old stains (that I had tried to treat with Nature's Miracle) and more importantly the hideous smell of cat urine out of my carpet! He was also able to replace the carpet on one of my steps that the cats had destroyed. So, that saved me the hassle of coordinating with a carpet guy, as I used a piece of left-over carpet that had been in the crawl space and needed to be cleaned/freshened up as well. I could not be happier. I even left the air conditioning off on a super sticky, hot day and NO cat urine smell. Jeremy was very patient explaining the options and I opted for the more expensive, but still very reasonable option to totally attack the cat urine. He returned my call quickly, was able to come out within a week or two and was very polite and cleaned up after he left. My carpet was soft to the touch when it was dry. I will definitely be sharing his name and using him again. Thanks, Jeremy!

Jeremy was very professional, courteous, and efficient. I had purchased an Angie's List deal for carpet cleaning. It was for the basement carpet in a house I had just purchased. Jeremy showed up a few minutes early (amazing!) and walked me through the process before beginning. I didn't have any furniture that needed to be moved (was cleaning carpets before getting furniture moved it) so the process was very easy. He also provided me with a bottle of spot remover and pointed out an area of carpet where some solvent had been cleaned (most likely nail polish remover, because the carpet fibers were damaged).

Jeremy was punctual, explained what he was going to do and offered to also add soil and water repellant treatment. I accepted this latter treatment as well. He completed the job promptly, cleaned up thoroughly and quickly provided an invoice. He answered my questions thoroughly.

I was amazed at how well the carpets were cleaned! Our expert was punctual, clean and neat, arriving at the front end of the 2-hour arrival window. The expert evaluated the work to be done, cautioned about the furnishings (re: wood tables on wet carpet, etc), sized up the areas, and was good about explaining the details of the work. When the job was done, the carpets looked better than they have looked in years, and we are very pleased. We had considerable wear (they are 15 yrs old), but now they look great! We would definitely hire again!

Terrible. Person nice but did not have a clue how to work in a fine home. Arrived with large pieces of equipment that stayed in hall, made a lot of noise, and was connected to the inside vacuum device by a 4-5” diameter hose. He dripped water on my hardwood floors filling his bucket in my laundry to put in hall machine and moving his vacuum from room to room. Although he wore shoe covers, they were wet and left footprints on my hardwood floors. He wiped up when he finished but there were still footprints when he left. The main issue however, was how my carpets were after the 24 hour drying period. Before he came, the carpets looked great— no spots, stains or visible wear. They were soft and looked new. When they dried after his cleaning, they were pale in color, and the pile stiff and matted! They made a crunching sound when I walked on them! I was very distressed. They appeared to be ruined. No way would I call him back to fix the damage!! I called another company with a different cleaning system. They said the carpets were full of dried soap. They cleaned them all again and improved but did not resolve the damage. I am calling them back in hopes that they can get my carpets back to their original condition by repeating their cleaning technique. This has been a household disaster! It will be difficult for me to trust Angie’s List again.
