Above and beyond what I expected!

I really liked that Breeze Carpet Cleaning picked up my area rug, cleaned it and delivered all for $135.00. The delivery service was great because it removed the stress out of me trying to roll up and carry my rug to my car and deliver it to Breeze Carpet Cleaning.

The carpets look great. They were able to get out several dirty spots in our carpet. And it dried faster than I expected. They have very good customer service and did not have any hidden fees. The guy was very polite. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Went great. Carpets look like new. Was very friendly, offered lots of advise go maintain quality. Would definitely recommend. Used an Angie's List deal then upgraded to Golf package due to how long it had been since last cleaning.

All was good BUT the stairways were extremely wet once the technician finished.

Once he finally contacted me (see review of 9/12) everything went very well. He did excellent work and was very professional. I will use him again. But please don't say you will contact customer within 48 hrs to schedule if you can't honor it.

Cleaning went fine. Carpet cleaner recommended treatment for cat urination on carpet. Solution cleaner he recommended did the trick and eliminated the smell. Also, the carpet was spotless after treatment. Cleaner was very personable and let us know why and what he was doing. Results matched his promises. Definitely will use again.

The great service began before Breeze even got here. My husband wondered how they would clean an upstairs condo, with no hose attachment to a truck out on the street. The man at Breeze explained the water source and the cleaning and disposal process--all of which was logical and quite satisfactory to my husband. Breeze showed up on time, did the work carefully and thoroughly, and displayed a friendly attitude toward my husband. The result: Our carpet looked fresh, clean, several shades lighter and twice as high (no longer beaten down with walking and dirt). It was awesome!!!!

They were quite late but did a good job. They didn't time to shampoo a chair which they were supposed to do because they arrived so late but they are coming back to do it with no trip charge so I'm okay with that.

The carpet cleaner did a very professional job; all of the five areas done look very clean.

Jeremy was great! On time, good communications, excellent work! I have used 2 other carpet cleaners in the past, Jeremy was by far and away the best. I will use him again in the future and recommend him to others.

It was okay but there were a couple of spots that they said they couldn't get out, and I just bought a little bit of spot carpet cleaner and decided to get it out myself so I was a little disappointed in them. Yes because I had them do a couple of extra areas. No I would rather try somebody different.

Very professional, prompt, great job

They were very responsive, great at communicating - called when they were on their way. Arrived on time, completed the work quickly. They even left us some extra booties so that we could walk across the treated area while they were still wet. I was pleasantly surprised with their level of service. I would definitely use them again. Most important they were able to remove a number of stains that I didn't think they would be able to get out, nice surprise for us. Thanks Jeremy.

I bought a deal for $99 for a carpet cleaning and deodorizing for 5 areas but paid extra for him to clean the family room/basement/stairs.

Work was done on-time and quality was good. Carpets were wet for 3 days which caused some inconvenience. Add-on rooms and costs were higher than expected.

I was SO impressed! I foster dogs and so my carpet gets lots of abuse! He brought a black light and examined the carpet and fully explained his process with several options. He was helpful without being pushing, very thorough and fast. I've tried several big company cleaners for my carpets, and very much liked Zerorez- but after Jeremy my carpets looked the best of all the times I've had them done. I've already passed his name on to others!

Everything went well in the end. The main pumping system went down but the backup system worked great. Only thing that happened was that residual oil was left on our driveway from the original problem (the oil filter on the system blew out). Carpets turned out great. I would not hesitate to use them again.

This was purchased as an Angie's Deal. I purchased this to have the apartment that I had moved from cleaned prior to turning over to the landlord. I verified with the company prior to purchase that they would be able to clean a third floor apartment and was told that it would not be an issue. The cleaner did have the advantage that the apartment was empty at the time of cleaning. My wife supervised and verified the work and said that the carpet was cleaner than when we moved in.

He was very courteous, on time and efficient in getting the job done. Very customer oriented.
