The owner of the business did the job and it went well. What I particularly liked was his friendly. honest personality. He was willing to work with me on the time he would arrive to do the job. That is rare in this day and age.

The service was easy to schedule and the technician arrived on time. He was polite, efficient and respectful of our belongings. We went through the house and determined which areas he would clean. Pricing was upfront and transparent. The service was incident free and my carpets looked and smelled great after he was finished. This is a wet clean system. It was a humid day, so drying time was about 8 hours.

Extremely well. Some minor spots removed and general cleaning done, especially for heavily traveled area including the hallway.

It took almost a week for him to contact me, but once he called the appointment was set for the next week. He arrived on time. I showed him some spots and particularly dirty areas. He did a nice job of cleaning them. I was given two pairs of plastic booties to wear when walking on the carpet which I thought was a nice touch. Only criticism of the cleaning was I thought some plastic should have been put under the metal legs of my coffee table. I did it myself.

Very good. Breeze Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning did an excellent job on our carpet which was in bad need of cleaning.

Jeremy arrived at 12:30 p.m. and completed at 2 p.m, cleaning 6 areas for $133. We had several areas of deep stains on a cream carpet, and now, 1 week and 4 days later, the carpet still looks pristine.

Jeremy did a great job - but more importantly when one stain didn't quite come out as expected (a tough stain I had tried everything on to get out). He came right back when called and tried a different solution with great results. I would use him again. Only suggestion is carpet actually takes a lot longer to dry than estimated.

Jeremy was fantastic: professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He actually got down on the carpet and smelled a few spots in the carpet where I thought there might be dog urine smell in order to determine the amount of deep cleaning should be done. He did a great job cleaning and deodorizing the carpet and was super quick. I would definitely hire him again for work on our carpets or rugs.

Great! Jeremy is a total professional and was on time, had text/email notifications of when he would arrive, etc., and did an amazing, thorough job.

Arrived on time, was professional, quick and thorough. He was able to remove stains from the carpet that I thought would never come out. He was also very helpful in responding to questions and providing information. I will definitely use them again!

The company I purchased services through on Angie's List was Breeze Carpet. The company that showed up was Minnesota Cleaning and Restoration. The amount of time spent on carpet cleaning (not including set up and tear down time) was about an hour. I am not sure a through carpet cleaning can be done to six areas in that amount of time. Most importantly, the carpet cleaner did not put any pads under the furniture after doing the carpet cleaning. I asked why not, and he said that was not included in the package and I would have to pay more to get that service. I have used many carpet cleaning companies over the years and I have never had one not put pads under the furniture after cleaning the carpet so the furniture would not stain the carpet while it was wet. He told me I could do it myself and should do it for any furniture that was wood or metal touching the floor. Almost all the furniture touching the carpet is wood or mental in our house. I had to cut wax paper into small squares and crawl around on my hands and knees to place those wax paper pads under the furniture. I strained my back as many pieces of furniture we very heavy, and got my pants wet. I spent about 30 to 40 minutes doing this chore. What would have happened if I had not brought up the subject of putting pads under the furniture? What if I didn't know that was supposed to be done? I could have ended up with stained damaged carpet. I would never had order these services if I had known it did not include the industry standard of putting pads under the furniture after the cleaning was completed. I feel that not putting those pads down was a breach of contract and I should be compensated for the breach. I am very surprised Angie's List uses this vendor.

Jeremy said we should not expect a significant improvement in some heavy traffic areas. We had even gotten a quote for replacing the carpet prior to him coming out. Then end results were far better than we expected and we have decided to keep the current carpet for another year or two until we can justify replacing it again. The other carpet was a white patterned carpet which shows every bit of dirt. There was some embedded lint from the airflow through the room, but essentially no wear on the rug. Jeremy had warned us that the lint was unlikely to com out, but everything appears spotless now except for one small area where the lint was most embedded and that is and always has been hidden under a piece of furniture. I am extremely satisfied with the work performed. Jeremy arrived on time and left my house much cleaner than when he arrived. There was no evidence in surrounding areas he had even been here.

He did a good job. The saddest part is the quality was not an A yet he worked hard. His responsiveness was good. I think he needs more professionalism. He wasn't a thorough person. He worked plainly.

I bought a $79 carpet cleaning special and while Jeremy, the owner of this company, was here, I asked him if he had time to also clean 2 sofas. He did a terrific job and the sofas look like new. The carpet came out great too. I would definitely call this company again when we need carpet or upholstery cleaning.

I was very happy with the job that was done and will have them out again after winter.
