Very well & carpets look so much better. Steps turned out great too. Jeremy was very professional, on time and gave me information on carpet stretching/repair.

The carpeting has never looked so good and so clean. All spots were removed. The work was done in a professional manner with a minimum of down time... an explanation was given regarding the process of cleaning. It did take longer than 6-8 hours to dry and it was a beautiful day. I did not mind the wait.

Excellent. The stains were completely removed. Very impressed. And they left a solution for spot cleaning anything else that comes up in the future at no charge. They also do specialty work for carpet holes or other challenging issues. This company does it all. Jeremy is a master. I will definitely hire them again.

He verified what work was to be done before it was performed. Extremely efficient and neat. The spot cleaner "gift with purchase" was a nice touch. Overall an excellent experience.

Wonderful! Jeremy was prompt, very communicative and did a wonderful job on the carpets. He even managed to get a large stain out of the downstairs family room.

It was very good. The overall experience was very good. When I signed up, I paid for it, they called me right away, they came, and they did a professional job, very nice. My carpet is white and they left it whiter. The worker was good, very courteous.

That went just fine. They sent one person. No, they did not move furniture, and that was the only question I had. It didn't really matter because i moved a lot of the small stuff. I didn't know if he should have put the couches up on blocks and that. He did not do that. I did it in advance.

Purchased the $35 coupon towards cleaning. Appointment was made via voice phone calls. He then texted to confirm appointment. Arrived right on time. Did a great job!

Jeremy Gray did an outstanding job cleaning both rugs as well as the love seat. I was concerned that the carpets might have animal stains. Jeremy took special care to check for that. Both carpets look brand new. The love seat was dirty from years of lounging by kids and dogs. It, too, looks like new. I appreciated Jeremy's advice about cleaning and his friendly manner. I will definitely use him again.

Jeremy (owner) did the work. He was very professional and friendly. We thought the carpets looked very good afterward. The carpets were about 95% dry after one day. So we waited an additional day before returning the furniture back to its home positions.

We were very satisfied and will hire again.
