Description of Work: Appointment for 4:30pm, called to say they running late and would be there at 5, showed up well after 6pm. Voucher covered nothing, they wanted $164 to clean the few small areas requested. Would not take credit card since it was "after hours". Carpet took twice as long to dry as they said, has popped up in places, and stains are now coming back.
